This is a cozy, one-bedroom, OCEAN VIEW, condominium on South Mission Beach jetty. Excellent for a cozy couples holiday! This property has a breathtaking view of the beach and jetty. Just sit back on the sofa, or patio, and watch the sea craft coming and going into Mission Bay...along with Dolphins and sea lions...

The moment that you step in the door, you are surrounded by a feeling of relaxation and calm. The bright furnishings and happy decor make it easy to jump right in to a 'leave your troubles behind' mood, and the fact that you are only steps from the Mission Beach and miles of sand and sea bring that feeling into reality!

reserve the unit, along with other check-in information...

This is a completely furnished ( cable TV) along with a 42 inch flat screen TV mounted in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. WIFI, with the codes and a recap of all the condo information, restaurants, grocery stores, etc on the bulletin board above the desk in the bedroom . Enjoy Sea World Fireworks during the summer. Smell the salt air, hear the sound of the waves, touch the cool ocean breeze and feel yourself relax! This will be a memorable vacation stay. Your fun beach condo is just steps to the Sand - approximately 100.

MISSION BEACH, the BOARDWALK, MISSION BAY, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BELMONT PARK (with its roller coaster and wave machine) are just a walk away. SEA WORLD is a five minute drive while SAN DIEGO ZOO, BALBOA PARK, DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO with its GAS LAMP DISTRICT and OLD TOWN are within a 15-20 minute drive!

This panoramic ocean view condo is fully furnished, with soft and comfortable linens, kitchen utensils, a queen size bed, will accommodate one small child, In the common area there is a Jacuzzi, laundry room, two built in gas BBQ's, and two beach bikes (for my unit). You can fit up to 2 adults and one small child This complex is gated, and comes with assigned off street parking which is a must have during the busy times.

Every care has been taken to make you feel like the special and valued guest that you are! I know you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back soon!

Weekend in Mission Beach

Don't let 'cozy' fool you. This condo is very comfortable and offers plenty of room for 2. It is a fantastic location to unwind after a day in the sun.

The hurricane

We were there when the hurricane/tropical storm struck and we felt very secure we were not worried This is our favorite place for us to stay we can see the jet and out into the ocean great to watch the ships

Breath taking view …

This is by far one of our favorite places .. cozy apt with all the needs .. such a beautiful view and so comfortable felt like home… we already have place for returning… From great words of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz “there’s no place like home’” But this place sure does feel like it when you’re there. !

Comfy Beach Condo

The perfect stay for a couple - clean, cozy, and right on the doorstep of Mission Beach and the boardwalk. It was our first visit to San Diego, and we found several area sites to be within easy reach via Uber. It was a delightful little break from the cold of the upper Midwest. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect San Diego getaway

Bunni’s condo is the perfect place to stay in San Diego! The location is ideal. This condo was so clean, very tastefully furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The bicycles were a lot of fun too. Communication with Bunni was always prompt, professional and very friendly! We’ll be back!

Labor Day Stay

This is a nice clean unit that is just the right size for two people. There are ceiling fans to help with cooling and the location next to the water provides for a good breeze to pass through the unit when the windows are open. The owner was responsive and the directions for use of the unit were clear.

Very clean and super nice

Beautiful ceramic tile throughout. The unit is very convenient to everything and very clean. Beautiful ceramic tile on the floors and in the shower. Overall a great experience. As others have said, the parking is really tight. If you have more than one car, bring the smaller one!

Wonderful location

We had a great time at this cute condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and only about 15 minutes to the boardwalk. It was clean and provided everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation there. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space, even if it was tricky to get in and out.

Lovely little condo.

Nice comfy space in a great location. Having a hot tub to relax in at the end of the cold stormy days was priceless. Close to the airport, so you'll definitely hear them through the day, but the pros easily outweigh that. :)

Small but all you need

Location good. Amenities good. Basics in kitchen, pantry, fridge to get you going. Loved that it came with 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, beach towels AND parking. Around the corner from a park and just a parking lot away from the promenade / bike / running path. Nice bench on front porch to watch the boats go by. If you are driving, bring the smallest car you have. Parking is tighter than tight. Larger vehicle will NOT fit in space. Grill, jacuzzi on site and convenient to use. One warning - it’s noisy. Not so much tenants but flight path and street noise. If you are an early riser, you’ll be fine.

Great vacation

The pictures don’tdi this place justice it was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. There was some construction going on around us, but everybody was very mindful of working between like 10 and two. It’s a great location. Easy to walk to Belmont Park for shopping and eating.

Mission Bay vacation

Very nice condo in a great location. Unfortunately, the unit above the condo we were staying was under construction. This person worked on this unit every day of our stay and would work until after 7pm. At times it was very noisy and disruptive.

Perfect spot for an ocean get away.
