Pet Friendly Lakefront Villa in the Heart of Osage Beach & 10' x 30' Boat Slip

Lakefront Villa in the heart of Osage Beach situated in the woods overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Villa features 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bath to sleep 6 or 8 guests maximum. All linens and towels furnished.
Villa features a living-room, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill.
The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. Also on the main level is the living-room, dining-room, kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.
In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils you will need.
The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and ½ bath.
The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and full bath and private outdoor deck.
Villa has two televisions with charter cable-tv and free wireless internet.

LOCATION 17 mm in protected cove. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding. Only 1 mile to groceries and restaurants.

Property Amenities - Outdoor pool with Splash Pad. Fire Pit, Playground and Swim Platform. Great fishing from the docks. Fish cleaning station.
Located next to Marine Max at the 17 mm, and 1 mile to Backwater Jacks and family cove. Less than 1.5 miles to HyVee off Bus. 54 and Osage Beach restaurants and shopping.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking items. Large gas grill and deck seating.
Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washer and a dryer in the unit. Cable TV.
A 2-night stay is negotiable for an increased cleaning fee.
Note: Base rate is for 6 guests is $60 per night per person fee for up to 8 guests max.
Refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee apply.
Make use of the keyless entry lock for easy coming and going.
Boat Slip is located at the dock to the right of the swim platform slip number 5.
Boat trailer parking in the lot by the boat launch is as follows: Holiday Shores on the left and Eagle Bay on the right. Please attach a zip lock bag to your trailer with a piece of paper inside stating your last name & villa #. Any vehicles in that area need to make sure they are not blocking the boat turn around.

Bike week stay

Relax in this quiet cove!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lake property. Boat slip was very convenient and the villa was very well supplied. We had 5 adults and we did not feel crowded at all. Owners are quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!!

Lake vacay

Me and my young boys decided to come to the Ozarks for a mom and son’s trip. We loved our time at the Villa! I got lost on the way in, the owners were so quick to call me and get me back in the right direction! Once we got there we could not have been happier! We spent time at the lake daily and the deck overlooks the lake so we had some great evenings just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thanks again for a wonderful trip! :)

We felt so welcome

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples and our little chihuahua. Each couple had their own bathroom next to their bedroom which was a plus. They even had dog bowls for our dog. The villa was very clean and exactly like described. It was furnished with everything we needed to cook. The boat slip wasn't very far away and was perfect. We had a 28ft chaparral and it fit perfectly in the slip without getting beat up by the waves. You just have to make sure your boat isn't too tall or take down your bimini top before parking in the slip. We enjoyed the large swim deck too. Everyone in the area was extremely nice to us. We did accidentally use the wrong dumpster, so you'll want to make sure you watch that. We will for sure stay here again.

Great Lake Oasis! Boat dock a huge plus. Swim platform great area to relax. Spacious home that accommodated our entire family. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

12 Day Getaway

Property was clean and pleasant. Had a nice stay. Walking a dog isn't the easiest, had to drive to the top of the hill each time. Pool was great, neighbors and other owners were very nice. The angled ceilings in the bedroom upstairs and downstairs - need to really watch your head or you'll bump it pretty easily!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great stay at Jennifer's condo! We had 4 adults, 2 children ages 4 and 2, and 2 small dogs. It was the perfect amount of space. We really enjoyed the easy lake and dock access, with the right amount of distance that we didn't have to worry about the kids wandering out there unsupervised. The pool was also a hit!

Terrific Villa

The property was just as advertised and was in a great location with a boat slip. You won’t need to bring much besides clothes as they have everything covered. Dog friendly as well. Owners and other residents in the community were so nice and I look forward to staying again.

Great property and location!

The property was great overall and matched expectations. The swimming dock is very conveniently located, and we enjoyed it daily. The cove it was very quiet, and all boats were very respectful of the no wake areas. I would say if you have a pet that is particular about where they do their business it’s not ideal as there isn’t any green space near the unit. Also another minor inconvenience is the distance you have to take your garbage to. The dumpster is not walkable. Just be prepared you’ll need to drive it to the dumpster.

Wonderful Stay

The property was centrally located and was within 15 minutes of all the activities that we wanted to do. So easy to talk to the owner and they were very accommodating. Granddaughter who is 7 showed everyone how to catch fish...she brought in over a 100 in the 6 days we were there. They loved fishing and swimming in the lake and then would drive up to the very nice and clean pool.

Very nice property and owners went above and beyond to help and make things great. Only thing I missed was regular TV and news but that was just because I was not a streaming person. If you have streaming service no problems. Area was centrally located and would highly recommend

Great stay for Bikefest 2022

My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed here and had a great time! The villa has a nice deck, access to a dock in the cove and was very comfortable for our stay.it’s located close to a lot of the bars, restaurants and shopping in Osage Beach. We will be back if we’re in the area again!

2nd time we’ve stayed here. We had a great time both trips. They added an outdoor table and some new seating out there. Great upgrade. Big quiet cove is super relaxing. We would definitely jstay here again.

Great space at the alke

We enjoyed this location a lot. The units are independent so you have more privacy and more room compared to a typical condominium. It's also in an excellent location on a large cove. Great layout at the house, with a beautiful swim dock. Best I've seen at any resort. A bit of a hike to the pool - better to use a vehicle. Accepting pets was great but also a little walk to relieve the dog. We'd stay more frequently at a bit lower cost - especially with the fee for the 7th person.

Great Location-Everything you could ask for!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is close to everything while still having a feeling of being away from it all. We loved the swim/fish dock. It was very convenient for a quick swim and we caught lots of different fish. It was great to be able to use the boat slip too. It was a great stay for our family including our dog. We loved it!

Family Vacay in a Quiet Cove

As a Christmas gift to our adult children we booked this property for a few day at the end of July 2022. This cozy VRBO home is just PERFECT for a group of 6 adults! The accommodations are fabulous! Clean, spacious, and full of absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. We brought our own food and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to have large family dinners together. Beach towels and blow-up water toys and noodles for smaller people provided (we brought our own). Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Everything provided for the perfect vacation in a lovely quiet cove off the main channel. ((The water was soooo warm and perfect for swimming!! The dock was absolutely perfect for our family! We brought our own bluetooth speaker for music and had an excellent time playing and relaxing in the water.)) I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO location as a less-than-ten-minute drive to everything you need - Menards, Hy-Vee, Scooters Coffee, Starbucks, Target, Petco, Old Navy, gas stations, and many, many restaurants. I hope to return and rent again in the future. Thank you! Suggestions: Please provide kleenex/tissue boxes for guests as well as extra pillows if possible. Also - please check and clean the dryer duct. ((We loved having the ability to do our own laundry each day.))

July 4th week 2022

It was very hot this week, but we brought our pontoon which a no wake slip that was provided too. The property was very clean and spacious. The Villa was just off the main road which made it very to get in and out. Neighbors were very nice. Every thing worked great too. I had no problem with the boat ramp and storing the trailer. I will say the road is a little steep but no issues. I consider our family water people, but this place can be great for a get away too, The main floor is very open floor plan and accommodating for several people. Thank you for no rain this week.

Waterfront view and swimming

The villa is right on the water with views of the lake from two balconies. The three swimming options, the lake, pool, and splash pad, were a hit with the kids.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Lake Home. We are Will and Jennie Alberts and are excited to share our home with you. Will is from the Chicago Suburbs and Jennie from Northern Michigan. We met while on Active Duty military. We both left Active Duty and joined the Guard to pursue our College Education. Will currently works for Boeing and Jennifer runs a Not for Profit.

Why they chose this property

It has been a long time dream of ours to own lake front property and we could not have chosen a better location. We were lucky to have found Holiday Shores. This beautiful piece of the lake tucked back in the Poque Hollow Cove in the Lake of the Ozarks is a true gem. For over 29 years these single home villas were lovingly cared for, owned and operated by a couple as a resort. They recently sold to a husband and wife who would preserve the quaintness and nostalgia of the place, while renewing it for another generation of vacationers. Recently all homes have been sold to owners across the country. We are so blessed to be able to share this dream and to allow others to make lifelong memories at the Lake.
