Villa Oleander is located in Marina, between Sibenik and Split. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the villa. The apartment is with a balcony and sea view. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, bedroom and children's room, living room and kitchen area. The villa is very quiet and offers enough parking space for your car. We have provided a large grill fireplace for our guests and can always be used for nice barbecues. The beautiful (UNESCO) town of Trogir with many sights and gourmet restaurants is only seven kilometers away. From Trogir you can make beautiful trips to one of the countless islands with taxi boats, as well as boat tours. The sea is crystal clear and very warm. The people of Croatia are very hospitable and usually always in a good mood. We would be very happy to have you visit us.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist alles sauber und auch alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Top Ferienwohnung

Sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Stromversorgung. Irgendwie bekam der Herd zu wenig Strom, wenn abends parallel die Klima lief und der Fernseher o.ä. Wir haben den Vermieter informiert und er war wirklich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es kam auch ein Elektriker, der konnte aber an der grundsätzlichen Situation nichts ändern. Ich würde die Unterkunft trotzdem absolut weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Reisezeitraum: August 2018 Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen in der Villa Oleandar verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden) und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Außenanlage ist mit Grill und Pavillion eine Einladung zum Verweilen. Die Vermieter helfen immer weiter und stehen mit Rat zur Seite. Zum Meer sind es ca. zehn Minuten gemütlicher Fußweg. Marina ist ein kleiner Ort mit guten Lokalen und einer Bar direkt am Meer, die abends öfter Programm anbietet. Trotzdem empfehlen sich auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Primosten, Trogir, Split). Als Urlaubsdomizil sehr zu empfehlen! Empfohlen für: Reisende 55+, Familien mit Teenagern, Familien mit kleinen Kindern Danke nochmals für den sehr schönen Urlaub. Familie Munivrana

A lovely, spacious apartment

We stayed at Villa Orleander for 5 nights recently and had a really good stay. The apartment was spacious and airy with everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The lady who looked after the apartments was very friendly and always around should we need anything, plus was very helpful and keen to make our stay great. The apartment has a nice location in Marina, and whilst you don't 100% need a car, it would be recommended so you can visit nearby areas. The beaches nearby were fab though, and there is a great supermarket within walking distance (although back up a steep hill!). If I'm going to be picky, some of the interior furnishings need a bit of a revamp (the sofa was quite worn and the kitchen utensils/crockery had definitely seen better days), but it certainly didn't ruin our stay. Also, the pool is saltwater (not fresh), so whilst it wasn't as salty as the sea, it wasn't as refreshing as a normal pool, and not quite as big as it looks in the photos! All in all, we had a very good stay and would recommend it!

Wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Oleander verbracht!!!

Wir hatten die FeWo Nr.2, Fotos und die Beschreibung im Internet entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, daher braucht man eigentlich nichts mehr schreiben. Insgesamt wirklich ein sehr gepflegtes und eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Die Gastgeberfamilie war wirklich unheimlich freundlich und immer für uns da! Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien, und konnten dort das traumhafte Meer und Umbebung sehr genießen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Freunde von uns hatten zur gleichen Zeit eine FeWo in Primosten gebucht, und die Ausstattung dieser FeWo war nicht annähernd so gut, wie unsere!!!! Aber preislich identisch! Danke für den tollen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Liebe Grüße Familie W.

Jederzeit wieder! Erholung für die ganze Familie

Die FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausstattung so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Putzfrau ist vor Ort, hat uns nett empfangen, um fehlende Kleinigkeiten, frische Handtücher sowie eine zunächst nicht funktionierende Markise wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, der Pool war perfekt für uns als Familie mit 3 Jungs (14, 12 und 5 Jahre). Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Marina ist ein ruhiger Ort mit viel Charme. Es ist alles da was man braucht und für einen Urlaub zum Entschleunigen perfekt. Schöner Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Geldautomat, Restaurants, Eisdiele, Bars aber kein touristischer Schnickschnack, die Uhr scheint hier ein bisschen stehen geblieben, genau was wir suchten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Trogir, Split, Sibenik oder Krka. Erstaunt waren wir, dass hier Anfang Juni noch Vorsaison herrscht, die Eisdiele zunächst nicht geöffnet hatte und täglich weitere Restaurants hinzukamen, bzw. wie aus einer Kaffe-Bar, bei der man in der ersten Juniwoche nur was trinken konnte plötzlich ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit Speisekarte wurde. Fazit: Die ganze Familie war super erholt und keiner wollte nach 2 Wochen so recht nach Hause. Für einen ruhigen Badeurlaub und für Ausflüge absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Rustig gelegen, in nabijheid van dorp Marina, waar supermarkt en diverse restaurantjes zijn.

Mooie locatie met nette appartementen, die voorzien zijn van klein balkon of ruim terras (begane grond appartement) en met een lekker zwembad met goede ligbedden, voorzien van goede kussens. Van alle gemakken voorzien, maar sommige houten stoelen op balkon zijn wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in ons appartement sliepen heerlijk. Appartementen en het zwembad waren zeer compleet en schoon. Directe naaste omgeving van de locatie wat rommelig. Vanaf de gehele locatie mooi uitzicht op haven en zee. Het mooie Trogir bereikbaar in ca 20 minuten, Split in ca 40 minuten en Sibenik in ca 45 minuten, alles via goede wegen. Een aanrader als u wat rustig wilt zitten, maar toch gemakkelijk alle kanten op wilt.

Sommerurlaub 2016

Der Urlaub in der Villa Oleander war super. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die von uns gemietete Wohnung Nr 4 nach unserer Meinung nicht für 5 Erwachsene Personen ausgestattet ist.
