It features a private, heated, saltwater pool with a swim up table featuring a bench seat with spa jets. The pool is adjacent to a custom bar with it's own outdoor TV and lanai seating area with a wicker recliner. No matter where you choose to sit and relax you will be transported to island times! (Note: because of the pool we cannot allow children under 18. )

The space
This home is truly a unique and rare gem. The home features quality all around. The massage chair does a body scan to adjust to users up to 6.1" / 400 lbs. It has a 3D SL track that goes from shoulders to thighs. Has heated roller and air bag foot massage and hands and arm massage. From the the professionally decorated rooms to the ultra comfortable sheets and gel mattress toppers. There is a separate rear driveway that is perfect to park your RV or boat. While there is no sewer dump out, there is a 50 amp hookup. Like most Florida homes the garage is where the Washer and Dryer are located. Unlike most Florida homes our garage has its own split-air HVAC and custom rubber tile floor. Outside the screened area is a patio table and gas grill. All dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, sheets, towels and initial supply of toiletries are included. And in the event you need to work or do some gaming the home features a 1 gig internet connection with mesh router.
