Custom newly built home, only 2 short blocks to the beach with a prime downtown location. The house has every upgrade imaginable. Four bedroom, 3 full baths, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Perfect home for multiple families to enjoy a premium beach vacation. Living room has a game table! The huge vaulted ceiling open concept living room/kitchen area is great for family meals and spending time together. The home has a spacious main level deck for outdoor dining relaxing. The large, private roof deck is perfect for watching the sunset & sunrise and enjoying happy hour after a fun day on the beach. Two blocks to the boardwalk, Castaway Cove, amusements and beautiful Ocean City beaches. Less than 1 block from Starbucks and tons of restaurants and shopping. Park your car in the driveway all week and enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer.

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful home.

The house was almost perfect for us. I failed to notice that we would have to climb many stairs.

It was quiet. Everything worked well. We we able to have family that live close by to come visit us. The only thing that would have helped is to have a light weight vaccuum cleaner. We made sure everything was clean. Any spices or oil we bought but didn't use all we left there. Hope that was ok. Nothing got broke and we did a check through and believe we did all you wanted done.

Amazing place

Fantastic location in Ocean City (very close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc.), street parking on Central Ave was readily available (and had driveway spots with the house), excellent bedrooms, balconies (rooftop especially), and common room / kitchen area, and easy drive or Uber to get to areas like Atlantic City to the north or Avalon to the south

Great Location!

Perfect choice for a memorable beach getaway! The beach and boardwalk were just a short walk away, making it ideal for young kids to enjoy without getting exhausted. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the deck off of the living area, the perfect spot for relaxation after a long beach day. Additionally, the owner's excellent communication and attentiveness throughout our stay added an extra layer of satisfaction.

You won't need your car at this location! Walking distance to shops on Asbury Avenue, the boardwalk, the beach, restaurants, etc....Excellent communication with the host = very attentive! Would definitely stay there again!

Fall vacation

Our family has been coming to OCNJ for almost 50 years. This property was excellent for our needs with a good amount of space and within walking distance of the boardwalk/beach and great restaurants. The property owners were very accessible and the property was exactly as stated. I would absolutely come back in the years to come.

Best vacation ever‼️

Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and best of all… the beach cart… Avid beachgoers know they are the most important part of the trip, and were provided ‼️ ⛱️ loved an outdoor shower as always… Well appointed kitchen – had everything we needed (bring paper products as there may not be enough to get you started) Fabulous furniture inside and out and TVs everywhere… and of course great location ‼️ Thanks so much we will be back 😎

Felt like home

This property is as nice a of a vacation rental as you’ll find. It’s close to the beach and boardwalk. It is clean and updated and was a great place for my family to relax. The property owners are polite and checked in to make sure everything was alright. I would stay at this property again!

Great stay in the heart of OC!

The house was super comfortable and spacious for a family of 5 with two grandparents! The location could not be beat and we could walk everywhere! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Very comfortable beds! We had a great stay.

Perfect for our family vacation

Kim and Steve's house was a perfect choice for our family's stay in Ocean City. The location -- peaceful yet near the heart of the boardwalk and eminently walkable -- was exactly what we were hoping for. We particularly appreciated the large, round dining room table, the sheets and towels that were provided (a big plus for our out-of-state travelers), and the generous amount of beach equipment in the garage. Our arrival and departure were seamless and Kim and Steve made sure that we had everything we needed. We were very pleased to stay there.

Too many stairs for my 86 yr old father. Was unaware that we would have to climb 3 flights of stairs

Property also under renovation. Walls were not painted, spackled. Spackle dust throughout. Homeowner sent her "sister " to drop off nonsense items such as games and a new knife block that could have waited until we checked out. Felt like they were " checking up " on us. Very strange!

For the Fall Block Party, this property was perfect.
