This is not at a campsite, you will pick a local campsite and book it assuring you have enough foom for a 44 ft camper, and we will deliver, or u can pick up and tow.(a local favorite is lake pleasant rv park and phoenix international raceway)Take camping to the next level, why have a hurt back after sleeping on a leaky air mattress when you can sleep in a 44 ft RV with 3 queen beds, plus a loft. Kitchen with 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, full size rv fridge with freezer. Full bathroom with shower. Garage space is 12.5 ft and will fit a utv, four wheelers, or dirt bikes. Does have u bolts to tie down your toys. 2 fold out patios, 4 tvs, indoor/outdoor radio. Outdoor night life in the RV is where it is at!!

Why they chose this property
Very spacious, garage for utv or toys, 4 tvs including one outdoors. Radio that plays in 3 different zones, main cabin/garage or outdoors. 2 patios that are up out off the ground if there is inclement weather.
What makes this property unique
You are able to camp in a rv site or boondocking. The camper holds 100 gallons of water. There are multiple power sources to help with boondocking. There is solar panels that keep the battery charged, electric, propane and gas for generator. There is a fuel station included, gas and propane will come full, they are also expected to come back full. The grey and black water tanks must be emptied prior to returning.
