About this property

Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath located directly across the street from the Big Bear Village!

Village Chateau includes two master bedrooms each with a full en suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen/twin bunk beds, a laptop/work station, outdoor spa, grill, garage parking, and a stocked kitchen. Our game room has a pool table, card table, arcade games, and shuffle board.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 5 children per city ordinance.

Lake views from the deck, game room, upstairs master bedroom, and upstairs master bedroom balcony.

We have a pack n play and high chair available for young children.

Security cameras with recording capability around exterior perimeter of property to protect owners and guests from break-ins, theft and vandalism that may happen at known rental properties. Cameras are located in common areas with no expectation of privacy. Cameras are located at the front door, front walkway, driveway, and the patio sliding glass door. Cameras are not monitored during stay but are used to verify occupancy & parking (City of Big Bear Lake ordinance 2021.488). Under no circumstance will any guest tamper with a camera or obstruct a camera's field of view.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

This is a very nice property to rent when you are traveling with friends and you have kids with you. The set up of the bedrooms where great yo allow each family with two kids to sleep together. The only thing that we were not happy with was the mattresses. They weren’t comfortable at all. But in general, it was a very nice experience!

Great property and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Location was great and a very short walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. We’d stay again.

Great location! Property manager was great! We had a few issues, but they were resolved.

Overall, a great stay. Floor plan lends to multi-family stays. Location is superb. I will contact owner about a few things that should be addressed. I would rent this cabin again.

Will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here with three other families. The home was big enough that it never felt crowded, but also felt cozy that we can always hear where the kids were. Spacious living room and game room where we all spent most of our time. The location was super close to the village to where we never had to worry about parking on the weekend. It was lovely going for a stroll right out the door. The house provided a pack n play and high chair which was perfect for the infant that came along. Everyone in my party agreed we would want to stay here again and I’m sure we will! It really is a beautiful home. The host was great to work with and always answered my questions. Already looking forward to our next trip/stay here!

Awesome Place & Location

This place was amazing! Our family spent majority of the time in the game room with lots of activities. There were 8 adults and the house was big and spacious enough where we didn't feel on top of each other. I would book this cabin over and over again. Walking distance to Big Bear Village, a major bonus since parking in downtown is minimal.

Absolutely loves it

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed every minute. Kids and adults were entertained with pool table and arcade. Keurig didn’t work, but we were able to use the other coffee pot. It was such and experience with the snow storm we had..absolute wonderland. I will definitely return to this cabin.

A must stay cabin

Seriously one of the most cleanest cabins we stayed at in big bear. We stayed here with our family and friends and it was a great experience. It was the little things that mattered. From the toilet paper with a cute flower on it to the make up remover wipes that were provided, we loved our stay here. Chrissy, the owner was also easily contacted and she responded quickly. Cabins location was central to all the cute shops and in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Chrissy for letting us create the best memories in big bear!
