Nice condo with a good view

This is a great place to stay, would stay here again. Nice view of the Bay from the balcony. Enjoyed seeing the Fireworks show over the water too. The condo is tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen. They have beach chairs, a small umbrella, and sand toys to use. The building is very quiet, everyone very respectful. I had zero problems and would recommend this place to friends. Will comfortably accommodate 4-5 people.

Location

The property was really far from the beach and a pass for the shuttle was not available. You cannot rent a golf cart. Definitely rent a car!! The pull out bed needs repaired. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken when we arrived. The resort itself is beautiful as long as you don’t want to go to the beach.

Wonderful stay

I found this place a little over a week before we traveled and I’m so glad it was available. The place was clean and just as pictured. My husband, 2 year old, and I enjoyed our stay here and the property amenities. One major bonus was the 7th floor balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a small dinner each day. My only warning is that I had to play with the cord to make the iron work. However, when I told your owner they offered to reimburse me if I purchased one which I thought was a great idea. I got it to work so I did not purchase another iron. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great unit at a fantastic resort

We’ve really enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time at Sandestin. We appreciated the little things in our unit like the kitchen items provided and using the beach toys & chairs! It was nice to have a clothes drying rack and all the hooks available. The unit was clean and was well decorated and furnished. We really enjoyed the view and spending time on the porch. Our 2 kids loved all the pools we had access to around the resort - especially the roof top pool on the neighboring building. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring and visiting the Baytowne Wharf area. There was live music and we even got to watch fireworks from our balcony one evening. This unit/resort was a great experience for the 4 of us!

We loved our stay at this property. Unit was beautiful and had everything you need. It has a great view and is very cleanand spacious, close to pool, and made it so easy to check in with code. We will be back to stay here again!

What a great property, the lagoon style pool and short walk to the fun Baytowne Wharf was the best part of the trip!! Quick drive across to the private resort beach access was great too! Room is on the 7th floor, gorgeous sunset view!!! Exactly as pictured, we really enjoyed it all!

My family of 3 very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed. The unit was clean and well taken care of. I believe the price was fair for the area. We loved being able to walk to the pool, dining and shopping areas. The parking was accessible and very convenient. Already looking to book our next trip to the beach at this same location. Also, it was quiet which is huge for us. Very much recommend for small families!

Wonderful Condo and location

This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and easy to navigate. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple lunches/dinner and snacks. And the view of the Bay was great. The proximity to the Warf was great and a very easy and nice walk. The pool was easily accessible and there was more than enough seating. Getting to the underground parking was easy once you were able to find it. The personnel at the Hotels in front of the condo were very helpful in assisting with finding the parking lot. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay

The place was very well cleaned. The property isn't a place you go to a front desk to check-in. You park, go to the room by 4 and then key entry in. The owner will send you docs to the codes for the garage and pools. The property is a short-walk to the pool which is perfect for those who have kids (I had a 20month old). I will say that the bed is not comfortable and the AC is rather loud, but I am a very LIGHT sleeper. I actually never heard others in the building when in the room so it is pretty pleasant. One of the elevators was out so the conveience of the village not repairing this and having to use 1 was unfortunate, but nothing related to this property in-general. The beach is a 10 min ride and Publix is the nearest place to get common goods. The property is stocked with relative equipment but be sure to bring your own coffee and goods. There isn't provided items except a small tube of shampoo and conditioner et al. Overall a good property to stay at but be sure to bring commonalities otherwise publix is 9min down the road - the village doesnt have a common goods store.

Met every expectation!

We will most definitely be back! Beautiful condo and great owner. He responded quickly and even called at one point to answer a question of mine! Baytown Wharf is truly a village of its own! Everything was perfect. The master bed wasn’t the MOST comfortable but it wasn’t terrible- we slept. Wonderful place to stay and an even better location!

Disappointing End of Stay

The property was as the pictures show. It was clean and nicely decorated. However, if anything goes wrong, do not expect any sympathy or assistance from the owner. We were contacted by the owner and the complex to turn the ac off early on the morning the day before our departure. The ac! The entire complex had to be shut down in fact. We were also asked to check for water leaks —we did—and told that they had no idea what the problem was nor when it would be repaired. The owner said he would let us know if anything changed. We obliged and left for the day, hoping the problem would be resolved. We never heard from him again so never turned the ac on when we returned late evening, (for fear of causing other problems. We saw others bring in fans). I contacted the owner after returning home to ask for some type of compensation. His response was that it was not his fault, it was a small matter and the inconvenience minimal. That is when I discovered that the power had been restored the very same evening, but that the owner failed to inform us. (I had to press in and contact the HOA for this info). The owner not only never apologized, he did not respond to my request for reimbursement for that day only. His attitude during both calls was ‘what’s the big deal? Things happen.” We expected a much more professional and respectful response, so was quite disappointed.

Nice condo, great location

Enjoyed a few days in this lovely condo in the Elation building. The location was great - only a short walk to Baytowne Village for shops, restaurants and activities for the family. A short drive To the Grand Boulevard area with more shopping and restaurants, including a grocery store., all accessible without having to get into the traffic on Hwy 98. There was a nice view of the bay from the balcony and I was lucky enough to see some dolphins swimming. It was also a great place to watch the fireworks in Baytowne Village. The condo was well stocked with the basics anyone would need for a stay It was nicely furnished and decorated. The only downsides for me were I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable and the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to slide. Overall, a very nice stay.

Enjoy the Resort Lifestyle

The room is as advertised. Clean, well apportioned, and quiet! The pool is just a short walk off the elevator, and the Baytowne Warf is great for a quick bite and a walk. All the resort amenities are close by and easy to use. The property owner communicated very well with us and included all necessary information. It was a little confusing at first, being first timers at the resort, but the directions were pretty simple and straight forward. Will for sure look to stay here again!

Still honeymooning after 40 years

Property was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and plenty of dining options in the village on property. Lovely pool. Glad we had a car to get over to the beach but easy access across the highway. Also enjoyed the Solaris dinner cruise and ziplining!!
