About this property

Room 6 is the Master Bedroom in our 7-room house. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet as well as a complete bathroom. Upon entering the house, the main floor is open to all guests. It includes a full kitchen, with oven and microwave, a walk-out deck, a bathroom, and two separate living rooms. There is plenty of free parking in front of our house. There is added security and Nest cameras at all home entrances for guest protection.

This property is situated on a quaint, quiet residential street. It is close to Pentagon and Reagan National Airport. This room is on the upper level of the house and is approximately 250 sq ft in area. It gets plenty of sun and has a spacious closet with shelving. It has a large full bath with shower stall. It shares a 1/2 bath on the first floor. All are welcome here.

Never got front door lock to open.

When I arrived I tried the front door lock multiple times. Watched a YouTube video about the specific lock type. FaceTimed a friend for help. Messaged the owner multiple times. Rang the Ring doorbell. No response from the owner until later. She didn’t offer to help. She only stated that check-in was at 4. While waiting on the front porch I decided to secure lodging elsewhere. Despite fact that I was never able to access the property the owner kept 3 nights fee and the cleaning fee. She never apologized or reached back out. A previous renter had also noted the difficulty of opening the lock. Do not rent here. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Enjoyed Our Stay

It was a really pleasant stay. Mr. Lee, the property manager was really welcoming and there for us whenever we needed anything. There was an initial hiccup during the check in time but that was more of a misunderstanding than anything else. but since then it was a really pleasant time overall.
