This Sea Loft is located just steps from the famous Harbour Town Restaurants and shops inside of the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Imagine your own treehouse with 180 degree views of the marsh and Calibogue Sound. The uniqueness lies in the solitude you sense when you stand at the living room with floor to ceiling windows 15' above the marsh below and see everything... sunset vistas, deer and dolphins. Harbour Town with all of the shops, restaurants and big boat marina is only steps away. The pool you can access is the South Beach Pool ( $75/week for up to 5 people). the expansive Sea Pines Beach is yours to use free and is accessed by multiple bike paths and close by trolley service.
There is a recording security camera at the front door and parties are not allowed.

Perfection!

From the Location to Cleanliness, to Comfort this place was absolutely perfect. We did our laundry, cooked a little and biked everywhere. It is so conveniently located and offers privacy as well. My mom, sister and I stayed, and it was our favorite on our road trip. Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

One with nature

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous and lush location ! The property manager was kind and responded quickly. I highly recommend if you want a peaceful stay off the beaten path .

Time at Siren's Lookout

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place is everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the solitude and views from the residence but also the short walk to all that Harbour Town has to offer. The best of both worlds. We certainly plan on returning to relive the experience!

Lovely well appointed cottage overlooking the water.

Thoroughly enjoyed Hilton Head Island; lots of tennis, bike riding and great restaurants. Gorgeous little hidden gem. We will definitely return.

Amazing stay at Siren’s Lookout

We had a lovely stay at Siren’s Lookout. Connie was a perfect host. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The house had everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the huge TV was a big hit for my family during a rainy day. We loved spending the evenings watching the sunset around the firepit and watching wildlife including beautiful birds and a sweet deer family. The view was stunning. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Cozy, relaxing stay with killer views

We stayed in this adorable treehouse for a week over NYE. It’s a quaint little place, but our family of 4 (girls aged 15 & 16) and pup fit just fine. It’s very well stocked and maintained. Million dollar view & the fire pit was awesome! Quick walk to Harbor Town and of course the rest of Sea Pines easily accessible on bike. Would definitely recommend for a close knit family or group of friends!

The Best

This was our 3rd stay at Siren's Lookout. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 8 years but this is our all time favorite place to say. There's privacy without sacrificing location. The unit is updated and you can't beat the spectacular view.

Wonderful stay

The property was very comfortable and well kept. The owners were very responsive to the one minor issue we had. The views were outstanding! We had a wonderful quiet stay and will definitely be back!

Treehouse waterview

Wonderful place to couple stay. Next door to Harbortown and all the amenities. Deer feed in the yard and marsh below the living quarters. We had a great time and coms with tenant could not have been better. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome.

The oasis I’ve been dreaming of!

Connie’s Sealoft is just as fantastic - if not better - than shown in the photos. She was so helpful and very easy to communicate with, getting to her home was the most beautiful ride, we saw an abundance of nature’s beauty like dolphins and deer around the property, everything about the home was just the oasis I’ve been dreaming of for a vacation. I can be very sensitive to scents (fragrance), and mold (which seems to be everywhere today), so if you are like me, rest assured that this is a safe space for you, I felt wonderful here! The views and attention to detail with the decor and amenities made our stay just what I was needing, and Sea Pines itself is fantastic. If the property was available for more days, we definitely would have extended our time. Thank you Connie!

Feed deer in the lagoon as you watch dolphins swim along the shore

Wonderful place to stay in the best area of sea pines. We love it here and come back every year! So clean, nice little touches like the cookies and chocolate, and an amazing view of the ocean.

Breath taking vacation

This was an amazing vacation. This property is just what our family needed. We relaxed around the fire in the evening and watched the deer and dolphins at sunset, which is amazing from this home. We even brought our fur babies which made it like home. Don’t second guess this property. It is everything it says and is clean Thank you for giving us memories for a lifetime.

Treehouse Dream

Our first time staying on Deer Island. We were greeted by a well appointed and decorated house above ground. The view over the marshes was spectacular. Lots of deer roaming around and dolphins in the distance. There was plenty of room for the two of us and extras left for our enjoyment. Would definitely stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not worth the $$$$$

The owner never gave us any information regarding the property prior to arrival. We ended up standing in front of the house awaiting an access code into the property at 8pm! I can only say DO NOT RENT HERE!.. You are throwing away your hard earned dollars. The property was dirty, smelled, constantly blew fuses when just blow-drying your hair. It is overprised and pathetic. Not worth it! So sad.

Just what the doctor ordered!

Looking for a really peaceful but unique experience, and we certainly found it here. This is the first property that popped up on my search, and by pure coincidence I realized I had rented another property from Connie (also a great experience). So happy to have found her again and this fantastic property. As soon as you step in and see that incredible view, you know you chose wisely. Loved everything about our stay, from the views to the comfortable home to the peaceful neighborhood to the bike rides, and perhaps most important, the daily visits from the deer! We will be back for sure!

Hilton Head Never Disappoints

This was our 6th year at HH and the second stay at Siren Lookout. Undoubtedly our favorite place to stay! We were close enough to enjoy the harbor but the peacefulness at Sirens Lookout can't be beat! Connie provides everything for a wonderful stay, wanting for nothing. Oh, and the visiting deer made it extra special Thank you, Connie!!

Hilton Head Getaway

My husband and I were gifted this place as a retirement/birthday gift. The property was clean with a great view and we also enjoyed the fire pit at night. It was within walking distance of the harbor with great restaurants and walking and bike paths. We would definitely come back again! Beautiful area!

Beautiful, Relaxing Home

This was the definition of a home away from home. It is tastefully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, and in a breathtaking location. Woke up everyday to see deers and dolphins through the 360 degree windows. Cooked so much food with the great quality grill and appliances. Awesome location in harbor town as well.
