Cozy guest cottage on 40 acre ranch near Athens Public boat ramp and fairgrounds
Charming 3 bed/2.5 bath guest house on a 40+ acre ranch. Enjoy waking up to the sun rising above the trees and going to bed under starry nights. Walk to see the pigs, cows and chickens or cast a line to fish in a small private stocked pond. Minutes from the public boat launch and fair grounds & only 30 min from First Monday in Canton. We can accommodate horses, message us for further details.
