Casa Sulia - Charmante maison à quelques minutes de la plage

Charming air-conditioned villa located in Belgodère, with swimming pool, with an area of 170 m² and can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², open fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- The 4 bedrooms have a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and covered terrace
- A separate toilet

First floor:
- A living room of 60 m² with TV, sofa and dining table
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 5 : A queen-size bed (160×200) with a bathroom with shower and toilet

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (8mx4mx1.4m), covered with electric shutter, heated open from March until November (not heated in July/August). Dates of opening non-contractual, subject to change.

- A beautiful garden of about 200 m².
- A terrace on the first floor and one on the first floor of 45 m² covered with furniture to enjoy the nice days
- A terrace on the 1st floor of 60 m².

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in a very pleasant and quiet environment close to the town and the beaches.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the house (4 places).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (47 min)

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
- A parent is responsible for all children's swimming.
- Opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
