GREAT Location

Could not have asked for a better location. Beach on one side, and restaurants on the other! Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to night life. It was everything we needed.

Sweet beach retreat with old time vibes.

Authentic beach get away in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Woke up to beautiful Atlantic surmises followed by invigorating beach walks. Many great restaurants within a short walk. This property is a little hidden gem. Great for a couple with realistic expectations.

Can’t beat the location and the back patio area is awesome! Perfect little condo for family with two kids or less. Steve was awesome and texted check in procedures well before we arrived and check out was nice and easy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place!!

Steve's place on Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect. A couple steps and we were right on the beach. We also loved the sitting area in the backyard; it was the perfect place to sit and listen to the surf. If you get a chance, Steve was a cool person to visit with. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Beach Getaway

We stayed here at the tsil end of a Disney trip for some much needed R&R. The place did not disappoint! The private beach access and use of toys and supplies was a really nice touch. I definitely recommend this place and will likely be back in the future.
