About this property

Aloha, our home is located in the center of Wailea on the first hole of the Wailea Blue Course and is perfect for families or couples. The 3 bedroom home was recently updated, has high ceilings, and large, sliding glass doors that look out over the golf course and gardens.

Most importantly, this unit is professionally managed by Rentals Maui, so you won’t have to worry about anything. They have a 24/7 emergency number. Any issues will be addressed at the earliest possible time.

Located on the ground floor, there are no steps to the entrance of the unit. The unit is quiet, with a private, landscaped walkway to the entrance. The large lanai features an outdoor dining table to enjoy the sunset view.

Our home has everything you need, including beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. Just bring sunscreen and enjoy the best year round weather on the planet!

Grand Champions has two pools, including hot tubs and outdoor BBQs. It is located next to the Wailea Tennis Club. Guests staying at our home have club privileges, and can take lessons and clinics as well as book courts for a fee. The tennis club also features a restaurant.

Some of the best beaches in Hawaii (Ulua Beach, Wailea Beach and Mokapu Beach) are a 10-minute walk from the condo. These beaches offer great swimming and snorkeling, and are child-friendly. There’s a beautiful, paved oceanfront pathway that connects the beaches and is ideal for a morning jog or sunset stroll. Public parking is available, should you decide to drive (2 minute drive).

Big Beach (Makena Beach) is a few miles to the south and further down the road is Ahihi Kinau Natural Preserve. In my opinion, the Makena/Ahihi area offers some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii. There, you will find ancient Hawaiian ruins and hiking trails at La Perouse Bay.

Wailea boasts some of the best weather, beaches, restaurants, hotels and activities in Hawaii. Our three bedroom home is within walking distance to the Grand Wailea Resort, Four Seasons, Maui Andaz and the Marriott Resort. Also within walking distance are the Shops at Wailea, including evening Polynesian dance reviews, our favorite ice cream shop, Lappert's, surf shops, restaurants, an ABC Store and luxury shopping including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany. Not to be missed, the fantastic "deli," Island Gourmet Market located adjacent to the shops. Wailea is truly unique, with all of these amenities in one location.

We had a great stay here! This villa was conveniently located near a golf course and within walking distance to the mall, coffee, and the Wailea Beach. We had one minor inconvenience but the host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

It was such a joy to stay here for the 5 of us for our long-anticipated vacation together. The condo was clean, comfortable and beautiful, especially the master bath! We loved being able to take in the fragrance of the plumerias blooming around the deck area. The hosts were so available and gracious and made accessing the property a very easy process.

Home is described as is - beautiful, serene, tranquil. It's perfect for the family and the owners are friendly and prompt. They respond in a timely manner and the place is well organized. If you have problems such as internet and cable, the office is also available. Great place and definitely would come back here for our next Maui visit. Great place to call home for 3 weeks

The condo is in a fantastic location in the heart of Wailea. The Shops at Wailea are walkable - especially in the evening when the cart path of the golf course can be used. The lanai is wonderful - very large with ample furniture and a fragrant plumeria tree. The view across the golf course is beautiful and you can even see the ocean a bit through the trees. The condo is well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen if you plan to cook. Anything you might need for the beach is already there waiting for you - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. They even had snorkel gear, though we didn’t use it. One of the two boogie boards was broken, so we ended up renting another right across the street (we needed two for our kids). For our shorter stays, we usually stay at the Kea Lani right down the street. However, the condo was perfect for our longer stay this summer and we’ll definitely come back if we’re lucky enough to do a long trip again.

Perfect Family Condo

This was the perfect family condo for our inaugural trip to Maui (my husband myself and our 2 teenagers). The Lanai was beautiful overlooking the golf course, the condo was spacious and clean, everyone had the ability to resort to their own space for down time. The location was quiet and walking distance from all amenities. 2 pools and they were never packed. We had groceries delivered and the owner ensured they were put away when we got there (huge perk when you get in so late). The condo came with EVERY pool/beach amenity (chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, wagon if you need it, boogie boards). If anything should arise, Jack responds promptly! So lucky we had this place💗

Loved our time in Paradise

We loved our stay, great space, great location and we had a great time. Loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available our only comment is that they should be gone through and recycle out the broken ones. My only other comment would be to upgrade the sheets and towels but that is so minor I hate to even mention it. We had such a fabulous time and cant wait to return.

Quiet, Roomy, Close to shops/restaurants

Stayed 6 nights here with our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 9 and 5), and their grandparents. Perfect size for our all us. Never felt too small. And it’s on the first floor which was great! We didn’t have to pull our luggage up stairs. Kitchen had plenty of plates/silverware, pots/pans, so it was a breeze to cook meals when we weren’t eating out. It was nice having a washer and dryer, which we used almost everyday because I didn’t want a luggage full of dirty clothes to take home. It was also nice that beach accessories were provided for our use, such as chairs and sand toys. However, both of the beach umbrellas were broken when we took them out to use them. Nbd though, we made do. All in all, it was a great stay! We walked down to the shops/restaurants/market quite a few times. We would recommend this to other families.

My family and I loved the condo. It was big enough for everyone to spread out. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group. I am already missing the beautiful sunsets and sunrises we were able to view from the lanai. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay on family vacation!

Love the location!

My family of 3 and my senior parents enjoyed the perfect week here. This property has it all for varying-age family fun, was great for cooking meals or eating out, short distance beach excursions and beautiful sunsets. The owners provide all the beach gear you might need. If you like to walk, it's close enough to enjoy the beach path outside of the major hotels. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit to Maui.

Highly recommend

We enjoyed this property very much. They had all the supplies in the kitchen that you would be looking for to feel just like home such as cutting boards, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances etc. also beach gear, towels, blow dryer, flat irons, cooler bag… The lanai is amazing, we didn’t even use the dinner table as we ate outside every time, sofa / seating is comfortable, beds were good, third bed is Murphy bed but we didn’t use it as it was just 4 of us. Location is walking distance for regular walking folks to Shops of Wailea and beach but if you don’t walk regularly it could seem a bit far. Two pools but we only went to one and it was great. Bathrooms at the pool and water was always spectacular. Not sure what else to add. Great spot!

We have stayed in the Wailea area for years as my late in laws lived there. We wanted a nearby location for sentimental reasons. This condo did NOT DISAPPOINT! You will not regret staying at Jennifer’s condo or enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the golf course and nearby Wailea beach area walks.
