NEW Allergy Free Home on Vista Cay. Minutes from Parks and Conventions

Welcome to our fabulous new townhouse . The only completely Allergy Free home on Vista Cay.
We are delighted to be able to offer this breath of fresh air to those who may have allergies, issues with harsh chemicals, or who just appreciate a clean and clear environment for their stay here.
The townhouse has also been completely and stylishly remodeled to include all new floors, paint, AC system, fabulous bathrooms, comfortable furniture and many high tech additions to make your stay fun and easy.
We only ask that you comply with our strict rules - Absolutely No Smoking, No pets and to only use the laundry detergent provided for our towels and linens..

THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with cherry flooring throughout. The open plan middle floor has a huge D shaped sofa seating area, a 70” 4K smart TV also with Apple TV remote.
A big comfortable dining area for 6 opens into the kitchen which has everything you might need for a snack or gourmet meal.

WE SUPPLY high quality allergy free cleaning products, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods etc.. for your stay. No need to purchase any household products while here.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
On the top floor you will find the principle bedroom: King bed with super comfy mattress and top quality Brooklinen sheets.
The en-suite bathroom has been completely remodeled with a large walk in shower and his n her vanity. And delicious fluffy white towels.

Also on the top floor is a room with a double and twin bed and desk. The remodeled bathroom has a shower over bath.

On the 1st floor we have a King room with desk and remodeled en-suite shower room.
All the bedrooms have TVs with Apple remote, ceiling fans and fabulous linens and bedding.

The garage (really too small for a vehicle) houses the laundry - where we supply Seventh Generation detergent - and a selection of bicycles and baby items for your use.

I should mention that this house was created because the owner, who likes to visit often and stay, has severe allergies. For that reason it is extremely important that the No smoking/No pet rule is respected. The owner happily supplies all the detergents for personal laundry while here and asks that you take advantage and not use any other detergents for our linens and towels.

Perfect!

Our stay could have not been better! The property has been updated. It’s super clean, close to the convention center, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! Best of all was the prompt responsiveness of Mgt. As soon as we have dates for next year’s tournament, we will try to rent this unit again.

Absolutely Fabulous Townhome

I rented this villa for myself and 4 sisters who attended a week long event at the convention center. The location was perfect and the unit exceeded my personal standards with cleanliness and comfort. I would definitely look to rent this unit again when I return to the area. Thanks for helping to make my stay so wonderful!!

Most relaxing Spring Break

Our stay here could not have been any better… Our family of four was so comfortable, the unit was impeccable, clean, perfectly located to visit all of the parks, and the owner/management was gracious in all of their communication… Highly recommend. We will return.

Very clean, spacious, and close to attractions. Better than Universal Resorts down the road!

The check in process is very easy and convenient. Didnt have to see a clerk or any person for that matter. All the information I needed was sent to me via email. Easy to understand instructions. The location is in a very convenient area near main attractions. We have season passes to Universal Studios and come to the area many times a year. We have stayed in the Universal resort twice and they are nice but nowhere near as convenient and roomy as this rental. Comfortable sectional couch and very nice dinner table. Bathrooms very clean and stocked with hotel-like supplies. Plenty of towels. Garage has washer, dryer, 2 bikes, a stroller and many other things that are available to use. The only thing that surprised me was that it has 3 floors. Maybe I didnt read the listing well enough. On the bright side, the first floor has a large bedroom with a king bed and large bathroom which are all wheelchair accessible. All of the beds are very comfortable. My family and I loved this place!

Conference stay for the win

4 day conference with 6 adults. This place worked great. 2 couples. Each had a king bed and en-suite bathroom. While third bedroom : 2 single guys shared a room with bathroom and one single/ one full bed. Kitchen/living was spacious and updated Everything was super clean and well thought out. There is enough to get you started, however, if you’re planning to do much cooking/prep work in the kitchen you will need to purchase a number of things from Publix which is less than a mile away. Not a negative just reality. Thanks Lin and Geoff! They are great hosts. We had a few minor issues when we checked in (remodel minor finishes) and they were fixed quickly and efficiently. Timely and Efficient communication Super friendly, too. Also note that this is a 3 story place. Entry downstairs with garage washer and dryer) and one king room Upstairs middle floor is kitchen living dining and ½ bath. One more flight has the other 2 beds/2 baths. Allergen free. So nice hardwood floors throughout. Highly recommend. Will return here.
