Originally built in 1835, The Emma McCall House was fully renovated in 2020.

Enter our M1 suite through a traditional Charleston piazza into a charming living room with exposed beams and brick complimented with cool, soothing hues. Professionally decorated and curated, the ambiance is both cozy and modern.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen bathed in natural light or step on out onto the back porch.

The hall leads to two king-size bedrooms, each with its own brand new bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the piazza or have wine here before a short walk over to one of King Street's fabulous restaurants.

Should you need it, laundry is neatly tucked away in the hall.

Graduation weekend in Charleston

This property provided everything and more to be comfortable and social in the Cannonborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston. We walked to everything we needed (dining, shopping, College of Charleston, etc), and loved the common area of the courtyards and fountains to the rear of the property. Morning coffee on the porch beneath the hanging ferns was a highlight as well. We loved the ability to be both indoors and outdoors. The perfect stay!

Great condo in a great location!

The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. We used the outdoor patio almost every day and it was kept very nicely! Just a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Jamie is a wonderful property manager who is on top of everything!! We recommend this property to other guest!!

We enjoyed the house because it was a nice communal of friendship after our days out. However the older homes lends itself to hearing your neighbors. Overall it was nice. Rooms are tight with small bathroom but expected for a 1836 home.

What a great property! Upon arrival, parking was easy and and finding our way to the property also was, the inside was decorated so thoughtfully and the amenities were very thorough as well, if someone forgot makeup wipes, they provided those in every bathroom with shampoo and conditioner as well, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows to provide comfort. The courtyard was beautiful and was nice to enjoy an evening cocktail, we look forward to returning! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Charleston charm

We spent 3 days in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It was charming, clean, well stocked, and looked exactly as shown on VRBO. The outdoor patios only added to the appeal. Location was within a mile of Market Street, stores, restaurants, etc. if you enjoy walking. Jamie was very accommodating and super sweet to deal with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Place

Great place in every way. The unit is updated and clean and nice! Full kitchen. Both bedrooms have big comfortable beds. Very clean and well kept. The communication was great and Jamie was helpful and very kind. Just a great place to stay. But the location is the best… great little coffee shop and a bakery within 100 yards. Bars and multiple restaurants within 200 yards. King St, which has everything from shopping to dining is one block over. The downtown old quarter is just a mile walk. A free bus shuttle runs every 20 minutes or so downtown as well, and the pickup spot is a 2 minute walk from the unit. We will stay here again for sure. It exceeded expectations!

St. Philip Square is so much more than a I expected! Very clean & maintained, well appointed, & convenient to everything location. There wasn’t anything we needed that was not there. The property manager, Jamie was very helpful, available & kind. Another feature we appreciated was the parking just feet away. We felt very safe as well. We have already booked our next stay!
