Luxury Waterfront Home w/ Pool & St Pete Skyline views

Beautiful waterfront home with saltwater pool, private dock, and view of downtown St Petersburg. Luxury accommodations only 10 minutes from the vibrant downtown area of St Petersburg boasting many great restaurants, parks and museums and just 20 minutes from beautiful St Pete Beach. Absolutely NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. Maximum capacity is no more than 8 guests at any time. This property features 4 private rooms with 3 king beds and 1 queen room with an en-suite full bath. Master suite also has a large ensuite master bath. Spacious lanai with teak dining set and ample lounge seating for 8 guests. Driveway parking spaces available with room for 4 vehicles.

Please be advised that there may be brief weekly maintenance crews outside the property for the pool, garbage and landscaping during your stay.

The boat lift is not for guest use. The dock may be used for touch-and-go pickups but short and overnight tie ups are not permitted as the waters off the dock are not in a No Wake Zone and as a result there is potential risk for damage to both docked vessels and the dock itself.

Do not run AC while doors and windows are open. This causes condensation to accumulate on ductwork and may cause water damage. No jumping on dock net

Gorgeous house with pool and all the amenities
Great location to relax by the pool or watch dolphins manatees and wildlife of the dock. So much to do in St. Pete's downtown, the pier, beautiful sandy beaches with lots of shells and daily sunrise and sunsets. Great host was available to me throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend.

Superlative Accommadations
An absolutely beautiful home with every household accommodation you would ever need with comfortable quality furniture and fixtures. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious and private with private bath facilities. Special touches abound and the heated pool and boat dock deck and furniture on the bay relaxing and beautiful. The Owner, Carolyn, was always courteous, informative , genuine and kind. The 6 large Smart TVs were a hoot and Carolyn was patient with us to learn how to operate them☺️. We had a wonderful time in a wonderful home !

This property is a dream! This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be happier! The views from the dock are amazing and the private pool is unbeatable! We enjoyed seeing dolphins and fishing off the dock. The home is immaculate and perfect to enjoy with family. The beds are some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The house has everything you need to be able to sit back and relax. The owners are enjoyable to communicate with and quick to respond. We’ve had no issues and plan to be back again!

This property is a MUST if your in the St. Petersburg area and looking for a home that has literally EVERYTHING! Very Clean, Spacious, Great Pool, Very Nice Dock for fishing or going paddle boarding. This property was amazing. My co-workers and I had a convention in downtown St Petersburg. The property location was just far enough from downtown that we were able to run back and forth to the house. The view is phenomenal. Pool was lovely. The house was well equipped with modern appliances, internet, comfy beds, modern bathrooms and plenty of linens. We will def rent this property again!

I can tell you that it was so easy working with the home owner, Carolyn. The home was very pretty and it was clean. The pool was nice and we had it heated for a small fee which was awesome. There is furniture on the dock and can sit out there and see the most amazing sunsets and dolphins, manatees etc. It was a great time with awesome friends in a lovely home with a gracious, accommodating owner. We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic. The dock is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We saw dolphins 3 times! The pool is delightful. Also really appreciated the nearby Coquina Key park for walks and tennis. Quick ride to town for restaurants. Host was really attentive to everything!

Perfect Family Holiday
Our family of five adults spent a relaxing Christmas week at this lovely house. Carolyn was extremely responsive and very accommodating when we had some last minute changes in our arrival date. The house has plenty of space so we had room to spread out and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. The yard, dock and pool provided a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. We even managed a few swims in the heated pool despite the unseasonably cool weather. I’m happy to recommend this house to anyone needing a little Florida sunshine.

Lovely and Pristine Property on the Water
Coquina Key was the perfect location for our son's wedding weekend. Comfortable, clean as a whistle, and easily accessible to downtown made for a memorable time for all. The beds were comfy, slightly firm; linens were fresh & clean; the house was spotless; comfy and cozy seating both inside and out. The groom even slept outside on the netting between docks the night before the wedding to see the stars and the sunrise! We really had a joyful time and the 4 bedrooms accommodated our family of 4 couples well. We would definitely book again! Our host was very accessible as well. Highly recommend to all my friends!

Would love to rent again!
We used this house the week our daughter got married in St. Petersburg and it was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. We cooked and the kitchen had everything. The pool and dock were wonderful and dolphins joined us every morning by the dock. It was amazing. The beds and linens were outstanding. This property is impeccably maintained and the owner was great at communicating - before, during, and after. I highly recommend it.
