The free summer shuttle and the nearby cycle paths allow you to reach the beaches in complete safety. The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the amenities and services necessary for your stay. Our cottage is a functional and modern independent house. You will appreciate its brightness, its comfort and the small private outdoor space dedicated to you. An address to remember for your holidays or a business trip to the Côte d'Argent... This holiday rental is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor: a day room with lounge area (WIFI, TV, 2-seater sofa bed), dining area, open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), a bathroom (shower and washing machine), a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 double beds) an attic cabin bedroom of 6.5m² (1 bed 90), a second toilet. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating charges. The exterior consists of: a terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Parking is on the property. The property, which also includes the owners' home, is located on Departmental Road 66 leading from Uza to Lit et Mixe. A free summer shuttle leads to the beaches from the village.
