Ocean full view cozy retro 1970s apt. All new: Furniture, appliances, vinyl plank flooring, new 40" smart TV along with high speed internet. Corner unit in a triplex no unit above. Fireplace, security door, desk/work space. Private entrance, use of own Mail box. Full bath ~ fully stocked kitchen. Walk 12 blocks to the beach hear the ocean at night if the waves are big. Storage for surfboards or bikes with a washer/dryer. Walking trails around the Cardiff Lagoon.
Beach equipment: Chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, beach mats, beach bag. Two beach bikes with helmets etc. Ideal as a re-location, vacation rental, and staycation.
