Oceanview cozy retro 1970s apt. "American Riviera" All new: appliances, 40" smart TV along with high speed internet. Corner unit in a triplex no unit above. Fireplace, security door, desk/work space. Private entrance, use of own Mail box. Ceiling fan, assigned parking spot, fully stocked unit. Walk 12 blocks to the beach hear the ocean at night; if the waves are big. Lots of Restaurants Chart House, Seaside Market Starbucks etc. Walking trails bike paths around town & the Cardiff Lagoon. Beach equipment: Chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrellas, beach mats, beach bag located in storage area; washer/dryer/dry rack. Two mt. bikes with helmets etc. Ideal as a re-location, vacation rental, staycation, Train station 2 miles away commute to L.A. Ideal 1/2 people quiet neighborhood.
