The Casa Mila in Nerja in the urbanization "Ladera del Mar" is rented for the first time in the 2015th The apartment was completely renovated and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large living room with dining area. All rooms have modern furnishings. The 30 square meter terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is equipped with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Through the south the terrace you have sun all day! The apartment is in a quiet area in one of the most popular resort settlements (Ladera del Mar) of Nerja. The downtown area is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In just a few minutes away (about 300 m) you are at one of several beaches. Even the communal pool with ample sun beds and umbrellas can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Tolles Apartment, tolle Lage in Nerja einem der schönsten Küstenorte der Costa dem Sol,

Wir waren 10 Wochen da und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Nerja bietet auch in den Wintermonaten sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche und gute Restaurants. Die Gegend lädt zum wandern ein und das Apartment ist top und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Mycket välutrustad bostad i toppskick. mycket enkel och bra dialog med ägare och förvaltare. Saknade morgonsol och terassen blir varm på eftermiddagen då det inte finns någon skugga. (Solen går under markisen). Svårt att hitta entrén baserat på instruktionen, ligger lite dolt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Andalusien

Wir (4 Freunde, ca. 30 Jahre alt) hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Man kann morgens mit wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die zentrale Poolanlage ist in wenigen Schritten zu Fuß zu erreichen, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10min. In direkter Nähe (ca. 5 min zu Fuß) befindet sich das Restaurant Avalon, sehr zu empfehlen 👍 Die Siedlung ist insgesamt sehr schön, liegt allerdings etwas abgelegen mit praktisch keinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, daher ist ein eigenes Auto oder Mietwagen ein muss. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

suggestions : Cet appartement propose une terrasse qui offre une vue exceptionnelle. L' appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé Petit bémol : le nombre de marche pour accéder à l appartement est difficile pour des âgées la distribution de l' eau est est faible dans la salle de bain !!! en dépit de c'est quelques suggestions bénignes nous avons passés un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location

Van alle gemakken voorzien

Compleet ingericht appartement. Geweldig uitzicht. Goed 2 persoonsbed. Heerlijk schoon. Eigenaren erg behulpzaam. Je voelt je direct thuis. Ook het plaatselijke aanspreekpunt is .vriendelijk in contact. Door de ligging wel auto nodig. Ook goed kunnen lopen, er zijn veel trappen. Persoonlijk miste ik wat schoonmaakmiddelen omdat er in 14 dagen niet werd schoongemaakt. Toilet dan kunnen opfrissen is wel zo hygiënisch. Zelf bed verschonen kan gelukkig. De wasmachine is dan ook echt een uitkomst. Andalusië is prachtig en voor ieder wat wils.

Toller Urlaub in Nerja

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung hat unseren Aufenthalt in Nerja perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und den schönen Blick von der Terrasse genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Très beau logement bien situé

Très beau logement ,bien situé dans le quartier Là-dedans del mar. La terrasse est magnifique. La vue sur la mer et les coucher du soleil est super. La région de Nerja est très authentique et le logement aussi. Tout le confort dans un environnement espagnole. Je recommande et j' y retourne bientôt

Schöner Meerblick von toller Terasse

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Terasse bietet einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben Nerja als Ausgangspunkt für unsere "Rundreise " in den umliegenden Bereich Andalusiens. Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Three Stars due to problem finding it, the 65 killer steps, and its remoteness.

Google Maps could not locate the address given and the instructions provided were worthless. (Afterwards we discovered - on our own - that it would have been better to plug precisely “Urbanizacion Ladera del Mar” into the GPS. “Calle Pasillo Ladera Andaluz No.3” is of no help with GPS (that information is what you need to find the set of step once you’re in the complex) and “Casa Mila” is simply what the owners named their home. It means nothing to GPS or to the locals. Since the address given left us confused, we phoned the local contact included with the instructions. However, despite what our hosts had written, this person only speaks Spanish. Thanks to our translating app, we got help from random local residents and realized we were on the wrong side of town. We needed to be nearer the marina. We drove into the Ladera Del Mar Apartments but missed the apartment for two reasons: 1st, the instructions said to look for two parking lots. (There are no parking lots. Rather, there is parking on both sides of a narrow road.); 2nd, the apartment was 65 steps up the hill from the road. (There was NO mention of any steps. My wife figured out where the apartment was - no thanks to the directions provided.) All of this could have been rectified with better instructions, communication, and an English speaking contact. Also, at another of our condo stays we will be meeting someone at a restaurant who will escort us to the location. This should have been provided here and all would have been well. After a very frustrating nightmare of finding the apartment we were grateful that it was quite lovely, neat and clean. The view from the terrace is worth every one of the 65 steps. The AC worked perfectly as did the dishwasher. The furnishings are comfortable and had all the essential flatware, dishes and pans. Just a few more concerns: 1-The clothes washer has instructions taped onto the back of the bathroom door but were in German. 2-There is no clothes dryer. 3-The Television has three remotes with no instructions and when we managed to turn it on, all but two channels were in German. 4-This place is not in town. To go to a restaurant or store or anywhere you need to drive and 5-the parking is not ideal.

bon rapport qualité prix!

Propriétée bien situé avec une belle vue, propre, confortable. Les plages sont accessibles, prévoir la montée des marches avec les valises pour la propriété. Seule ombre au tableau le débit de l'eau dans l'appartement qui est faible, surtout si vous avez eu une utilisation des doiuches et préparation de nourriture ...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und tolle Aussicht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Für das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer gibt es Klimaanlagen. Die Matratzen fanden wir etwas hart. Die große Terrasse mit Grill bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Die zwei Bäder sind praktisch, nur leider reicht der Wasserdruck nicht aus, damit beide Duschen gleichzeitig genutzt werden können. Der Gemeinschaftspool unterhalb der Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, hier kann man schnell hin, wenn man nicht bis zum Meer laufen möchte. Für die Wohnung muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da es einige Treppen hoch und runter geht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell bei Problemen oder Fragen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

toller Ausblick - schöne Wohnung

Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, um diese Wohnung zu erreichen ;-)... für den traumhaften Ausblick lohnt sich aber jeder Weg! Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ob in der Küche oder im Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine hat gute Dienste geleistet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Unternehmungen gut gelegen. Ob nach Torrox oder nach Nerja - alles war in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Selbst Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Es war ein total entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage. Wir kommen wieder! Claudia - August 2018

Gute Wohnung

Wenn man ein Auto hat ist die Wohnung für einen Urlaub eine gute Wahl. Allerdings braucht man selbst zum Brötchen holen ein Auto. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar und die Gegend sehr schön.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwischen den Ortschaften Nerja und Torrox in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung mit internationalem Publikum. Die Ferienwohnung selbst kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen (lediglich für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen da am Hang befindlich mit vielen Stufen). Sie ist sauber, verfügt über sämtliches Zubehör und einer vollausgestatteten Küche sowie bequeme Betten, v.a. Klimaanlagen in Wohn-und Schlafbereich und Mückennetze vor den Fenstern. Die Terrasse hat einen traumhaften und unbezahlbaren Ausblick. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit Garten ist ausgesprochen schön angelegt und sauber. Die Verwalterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.

schöne Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die optimale Einrichtung der Küche lässt die Zubereitung von andalusischen Gerichten gut gelingen. Das Interieur der Wohnung ist im spanischen Stil eingerichtet und gemütlich. Auch das Cheminée auf dem Balkon hat seine Dienste getan und mancher Fisch fand den Weg in den Teller. Die Treppenstufen zum Zugang zur Wohnung sind gut für die tägliche Fitness ;-). Besten Dank für den gemütlichen Apéro mit Oli Liebe Grüsse Ruth und Heinz

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und die Küche ist modern, sehr praktisch und lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Mit den 2 Bädern ist der Aufenthalt für 2 Paare ideal. Auch wenn es zur Ferienwohnung ein paar Treppenstufen zu laufen ist, hat man durch die terassenförmige Anlage der Häuser dann einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Bauweise ist so , dass man seine Nachbarn gar nicht bemekt, wenn man auf der großzügigen Terasse sitzt oder in der Sonne liegt. Ein kleiner Pool in der Nähe ermöglicht eine Erfrischung zwischendurch, wenn man nicht bis zum Meer will. Ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung war immer gut zu finden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns im Vorfeld noch mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versogt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
