Perfect family vacation spot

The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very clean, plenty of space, great layout. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach access

The house itself was great. Loved the direct beach access. The house was beautiful and clean. Great access to beach and activities. The owner left a very slim supply of paper towels , toilet paper, etc. this was an expense as we had to buy packages of everything and ended up leaving more behind than the owner provided. We had lukewarm showers the first 3 days until someone came and fixed it Overall we loved it and had a wonderful time. We would recommend this house.

Great family trip

This house was great for two small family's (4 adults and 5 kids) we really enjoyed our stay. We did have bed sheets that were blood stained but management was quick to respond and get new sheets. Would recommend bringing an all purpose cleaning spray to wipe down the counters after cooking in the kitchen because there is not any cleaning supplies. Other than the sheets everything was great. We really loved being right on the beach!

Enjoyable stay

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. A couple of notes: 1 - The house uses fans and lights in every room which share remote controls, making it all to easy to unintentionally turn another room’s light or fan off or one I stayed of the room you are in. 2 - One of the sliding glass doors to the deck would not lock. We were able to use a small block to effectively lock it from within, but the lock should be checked out and fixed. 3 - The deck has several spot with super sticky tree sap(?) on the planks that will not easily wash off your feet if you happen to step in it, and it needs to be cleaned off. Otherwise, the house was clean, A/C worked very well and kept everyone cool, all the necessities were there to meet our needs, the beach was in great shape, and there were no noisy neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Short Getaway

The house was perfect for our group. The major issue we had was there was no window coverings at all on the big sliding glass door in the beachside bedroom. One could see straight in so easily. We even sent some of our people to beach to see if they could see in easily thinking maybe the window was tinted. It was not. We used our beach towel clips and a extra blanket and was luckily able to cover door. In turn, we were not able to see ocean out door, but better than people seeing in especially in the evening hours. Also upon arrival, immediately discovered a pair of dirty underwear peaking out from dresser in bedroom. It was kind of a gross moment. There was also a issue with the lights and fans. There was remotes for each room, but every remote worked for every room. So if someone in living room turned off/on fan or lights, all the bedrooms were turned off/on as well. It was a issue of course at times. With all that being said, we would still stay there. Small things that can be fixed easily. The beds were all comfortable. We had a great time!

Great Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at a beachfront house in Gulf Shores, AL was excellent, with beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. The house fit 7 adults comfortably, with a well-decorated interior and essential amenities. It includes a spacious main floor bedroom and steeper stairs to the second level, housing a queen-bedded beach-facing room with a balcony, a 'bunk room,' and another king-bedded room. The back deck and beach, just 50 yards away, were prime relaxation spots, though the grill needed cleaning and extra seating was required. The location was ideal, close to dining and activities but away from crowds, and near Gulf State Park. The beach area wasn't too busy, even during a Spring Break. We encountered minor issues like tricky light/fan controls, a temperamental front door lock, and a broken outdoor shower hose. The lack of basic supplies like adequate dishwashing detergent was in the property description, but a bit ridiculous given the price. Local recommendations included Latrigue's Seafood Markets, Publix for groceries, tourist spots like LuLu's and Flora-Bama, and great dining at Mikee’s Seafood and The Flying Harpoon 2. We enjoyed outdoor activities at Gulf State Park and day trips to Fort Morgan and the USS Alabama, with Beach Bum Outdoors and J&M for fishing needs. Highly recommended for a beachfront getaway.

Great location !

This property is a recently updated house located on West Beach Boulevard, right on the beach. The property was very clean and modern, and was very quiet. We had a small issue with hot water when we arrived, but the manager was very responsive and the situation was handled quickly. Very nice stay!

Beautiful On the Beach House

Location and house perfect. Suggestion to Managerl company: more than one roll toilet paper per bathroom, floors were still dirty/sandy upon check in and grill was nasty, we could not use!

Wonderful location with a great beach view

Very comfortable, just as described, convenient location to many restaurants and attractions. Enjoyed beach watching from the lower deck, and easy beach access.

Beautiful property

Very clean and well appointed home just steps to the beach. Bed was comfortable with very nice linens and pillows. Kitchen had most everything a family might need for preparing meals. Very happy with our visit here! One thing that might be helpful would be a personalized directory of nearby restaurants and things to do, though Google helped us in that regard. Check in and check out was seamless. Would stay here again in the future.
