Guesthouse on the Central Coast

Idyllic location on the Central Coast. 15 minutes to Pismo Beach and the Outlets.

Short drive to Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Moro Bay, Avila Beach and many more gorgeous locations.

Deep in wine country. An abundance of restaurants and local bars just a minutes drive away.

Our Guest House is fresh, bright and welcoming!

Open plan kitchenette/living room. Everything you need to feel at home. Coffee is provided as well as fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, waffle iron and a Keurig coffee machine, there is no stove.

Living room with *upgraded* sofa bed , TV, Roku smart device, Xbox and DVD player as well as lots of family board games to enjoy.

Bedroom features a Queen bed with closet, including TV with smart Roku device, DVD player, hangers and a Pack N Play crib (upon request).

A washer and dryer are also in the house and free to use.

We have also included a hairdryer, plus iron and ironing board. Towels and all your essentials are provided.

The guest house is situated behind our main house with access from the side of the property. The yard is shared with us, but the patio is solely for the use of our guests. You will find a charcoal grill on the patio- for the use of our guests only (charcoal not supplied).

Wash your dishes. Trash must be removed to the cans by the gate. Mattress pad must be used for sofa bed (in dresser). Close side gate after opening
Parking must be on driveway. Grill must be left clean or fee added. The WiFi can sometimes be slow for streaming so we recommend using a hotspot.
$50 late fee will be added for any unauthorized late check outs. $50 will be charged if any cigarette butts are found on our around our property.

Very cute house

The house is very private in a very nice, new and quite neighborhood. The little patio was beyond perfect at night to hang out and look up at the stars. All amenities worked perfect, and the host was very nice and helpful.

Good quiet stay

It was a really good quiet ,clean and affordable stay! A few minor issues with the mattress * I think it needs to get replaced* and we weren't able to use the bedroom TV because It wouldn't connect to anything and we couldn't even watch normal TV because signal kept crashing * not the host fault I think is the area* other than will stay again if we are ever around the area.

Central Coast's Cute Cottage

This is a wonderful cottage at the back of the host's property. It's set back twenty feet or so from the main house and has its own entrance. The interior is beautiful and has just about everything you need. Jane, the host, is incredibly accommodating, communicative, and kind. Expect a lovely stay!

Cute little backyard ADU

Located in a quiet new neighborhood just outside of Santa Maria. Separate building from the main house. Very private and quiet, So you don't bother your host or the neighbors. We stayed over during the week so did not experience any events at the nearby racetrack. Easy access to the highway so you can get anywhere north or south pretty easily. Jane was great. Texted before check in just to check on our progress. No overnight Street parking so make sure you follow the instructions about where to park.

Enjoyed our stay

The guest house is modern, comfortable and contemporary with lots of space for 2 people. Check in was very easy. The location is a residential neighborhood - a vehicle is required as there is not much walkable nearby.

Communication was ok but could have been better

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at this property as planned so I cannot rate the property itself. We were hoping to be able to change the reservation to a new date but were not able to work that out. The host was friendly and available by inbox messaging. The details on how to execute a date change and the timeliness of making the change were lacking.

Great guest house and location. Quiet, clean, and easy access

Everything was clean. About a 15 minute drive to Pismo beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Queen bed was comfortable. Sofa bed is probably best used only for kids.

The cottage on the owners property was perfect and had everything we needed during our stay. Was so nice to leave the windows open at night and was so quiet. Perfect location to visit wineries, Pismo beach, Solvang and more. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. We totally loved our stay.

Very tasteful, convenient, and quiet

It's a very nice Accessory Dwelling Unit behind a home in a recent single family home development. It's generally very quiet except for the auto race track down the hill. The furnishings and fixtures are quite nice. This is much better than a hotel

Best stay ever!

My sister lives in the area and I was going up to see her. She suggested VRBO . Found this great property. Everything said on description was accurate! When I come back to visit.. and if property is available.. I’ll make sure to stay here. Owner communication was excellent! 👍😃

Great Stay

A perfect little guest house situated at the back of their property. Guest house was clean, comfortable and has everything you need. There is a private little patio to enjoy morning coffee. Woke to the sound of birds instead of traffic and other hotel guest showering/slamming doors. The property is an easy drive to the beaches and area attractions.
