We enjoyed our stay! We like the privacy of the hot tub on the deck. Better bed pillows are very much needed. If the couch had a few pillows that would be nice as well.

Perfection

We booked spontaneously for a short weekend away and this was the perfect cabin. Impeccably designed and furnished, every detail is beautiful and well thought out. Large open first floor with access to the hot tub on the beautiful deck overlooking the fall leaves. Loft space was very large and we had a lot of fun playing the arcade games. I believe it sleeps six, one bedroom and then two pull out couches. I will say that the one bath being off of the bedroom would be inconvenient if there are more than two guests and the half bath is great but there are no outlets. That was somewhat inconvenient. My only concern was the driveway. It’s still just a dirt road with no gravel or pavement. It takes a careful approach especially with wet fall leaves lining the ground. It’s right off of the arts and crafts community and is the perfect location for peace and quiet with also convenience a short distance. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome honeymoon

Everything was great! The only thing was we came in at night and the signs were hard to read. We did pass it 3 times or more. Luckily the maintenance man Derrick took our call and guided us in with no problem. We loved the cabin and it is close enough to the parkway!

Big foots hideaway

Beautiful and great location, the only issue was with the hot tub leaking and the water would not stay warm. They did send someone out to check it out in a timely manner. The air hockey tabled did have a lot of wear and tear, but it was still functional, I would stay here again!

Great place!!

We loved the cabin. It was so cute and homey. It was clean, other than a few cobwebs in the floor behind doors, shower, and on nightstand in the bedroom. The location was good, but the road getting there might need a sign telling about the steep road that you cant see the downside to until you get there. We woukd definitely rent again!

Not impressed

It starts with the bedding, there was one throw blanket and one quilt on the master bed, no other blankets in the house. I emailed and was told They would bring some. They never did, we bought our own. Not a 5 star cabin. When I responded to their email after my stay, they said they delivered the blankets to a little girl at the cabin, we had no girls, only two teenage boys. The master bed, not comfortable, the pull out couch was better than the bed! Next, the air hockey table didn't work. The main reason I chose this one was for the air hockey, I emailed and they said they would let the owners know. Not a 5 star cabin. The towels were terrible, not even close to a 5 star facility and there was not enough towels to use in the hot tub. They emailed me after my stay, they offered me a discount on another stay...no thank you. We paid for a 3 night stay for a 5 star cabin and that is no where close to what we got. I always book on Vrbo and 5 star is 5 star and I have never been disappointed until now.

Just okay this time

This was our 2nd stay at this property and this time was a tad disappointing. The air hockey table does not work properly and I checked with the property manager before I booked it that it was in working order. The 2 pullout beds were missing blankets so we had to call the emergency maintenance guy to get him to call housekeeping. They did bring us the blankets but we waited up for them to arrive after a long 9 hour drive. Bring towels! They say they supply enough for each person and that is exactly what it is! No extras and they are like sand paper! Not a total disappointment but probably won’t choose this cabin again.

What Amenities??,

We specifically picked this house because of the fireplace, hot tub, and game room. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace on the first night, so I emailed the property manager, a method of communication I had previously used with them. The next day I still hadn't received a reply, and in the meantime, had figured out that the hot tub was empty and the puck to the air hockey table was broken in half. I called the property management company to speak with a woman who very curt on the phone. They refunded some money for the hot tub not working. They were supposed to bring a puck to us that evening, but never did, so they still owe owe money for that. The owner apparently knew the hot tub wasn't functioning before we got there, but no one called to tell us it wouldn't be available. In addition to no amenities, there was very little bedding in the house and no extra blankets for the beds. The master bed had one sheet and one quilt on it. The pull out couch had sheets and one blanket we found in the bedroom dresser. That's it! Not one other blanket was to be found in the house! There were no pillows or blankets in the living room, so it wasn't very comfortable to sit in. Lastly, the house just wasn't very clean. The drains in the bathroom sinks had grime caked in them and the floors in the kitchen and game area had sticky stuff on them. The remote controls to the tvs were also gross. Attention to detail in this cabin is lacking in many areas.

Beautiful Stay

The cabin is warm and cozy. We enjoyed our time in the mountains especially to see the warm colors of fall on the leaves. I do though have a few comments: The number and quality of towels for an entire weeks stay was not appreciated. Especially considering the hot tub usage. I did not like having to wash towels multiple times while on vacation. The air hockey table does not work which was disappointing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need ( as far as utensils and cookware ) which was great. The bed was fairly comfortable yet the pillows were horrible. Thank goodness we brought our own. Overall we had a nice relaxing time.

The cabin was clean and set up nicely. It would have been great but the hot tub would not heat up. I called and they said they would look at it and they never came.

The cabin was great. Everything worked as it should except the ice maker, it had been left on and overfilled. Will need to be defrosted. The driveway up to the cabin was very steep. It was a good experience overall.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our family (2 kids, 2 adults). It was very clean. The owners responded to emails quickly. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was ready to use and check in was very simple. We will definitely be visiting again. We even enjoyed the charcoal grill. I would greatly recommend this cabin!

Gatlinburg Trip 2022

This place is the best cabin I have stayed in here recently. I will most likely be staying here again. Would have been nice if they had blinds and curtains on the windows downstairs, and if the light for the stairs worked. The hot tub was also very full of water, more then it should have been, but that was an easy fix since I work at a pool and spa store and no what to do with them when they are like that.

Fun stay!

We had a 2 night stay and had a great time! Everything was clean and we enjoyed the game room and hot tub. It’s secluded, but not far from town. Our only complaint was the mattress was very hard and we ended up sleeping on the pull out couch, which was more comfy, but not ideal. Besides the sleeping situation, we loved everything else and would stay again!
