Our house is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath heated pool home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term.
We have a spacious screened pool area with a covered lanai and seating areas. Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining.

Neat & Clean

We stayed for the month of March. Check in/out was easy. The house was very neat, clean and well stocked with the necessities. The beds were super comfortable! The pool was amazing! The living room furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked. The only issue that came up was two of the smoke detectors needed battery replacement and were alarming. The host was in constant contact with us, but it took a couple of days to resolve. We truly enjoyed this home and would highly recommend it.

Nice house and great location.

The house was very clean and the pool was very well maintained. Was very close to stores and restaurants. Beaches were closed because of the storm damage from last summer, so having a heated pool was great. We lived in Englewood area for 14 years and are aware of all the activities in the area.

Rotonda stay for birthday

We were very happy with the property. Very clean and in an excellent location. The furniture was not the most comfortable for our lifestyle and age group, but the beds were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful. There were all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

Great place to relax and go to the beach

We had a great time at this beautiful house. All as advertised. Pool is great, place is very modern, clean, practical and beautiful. Shopping and beaches can easily be reached by car.

We loved our stay in this home . After several hours of travel to come to the house and fined little soaps and shampoo/conditioner in each bath room to wash of the hours …… it was so nice . Had everything we needed and more . Grand kids loved the pool . Definitely had a great time .

Enjoyable getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and pool were nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The bicycles were a bonus with the bike trail around the corner. We had some minor issues and the host was quick to respond.

Great rental near the beach

This property was very clean and well maintained! AJ was very attentive and accessible during our stay. We had no issues at all. Having a private pool was a big bonus and the beach was a short drive. We can't say enough great things about this rental. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. The master bedroom was spacious with ample closet space. The pool area was private, and we enjoyed the sunset every night. It is close the beautiful gasparilla island. We gave a well deserved five stars.

Florida Getaway

The home was fantastic & definitely met our needs. It was just as the listing had explained with plenty of equipment to cook, relax & thoroughly enjoy our 2 month stay there. Slice of paradise for family

We spend a wonderful vacation in this newer Vacation Home. Everything was as described, the neighborhood is quiet. Host easy to communicate with. Everything was as described, and we enjoyed time with our family. Big dining table perfect for family, dinners, and boardgames. Swimming in the heated pool was a bonus, since the weather did not always cooperate. Great spot to have your happy hour drink by the pool and catch the last rays of the sun. Thanks we will be back.

Spacious and Restful

This is a modern, spacious and very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and seating area is attractive and well maintained while the double garage is spacious and has a useful selection of bicycles and beach equipment. The location is particularly good for those wanting to visit Gasparilla Island and its beautiful beaches and major supermarkets are within short driving distances.

Beautiful Home Close to Beaches

We really had a great stay at this home. It was spacious and stayed cool without having to blast the AC. We enjoyed the pool so much. It is a very quiet area and not too much to do but we were there for beaches more than anything. There about 4/5 beaches within a 30 min drive. This house had everything you need including kitchen appliances and linens/towels which were all clean and in good condition. The beds and living rooms were also comfortable. We had no issues during our visit would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation home

Very quiet location, „centrally“ located within 20mins drive beaches, shops, multiple restaurants etc. Supermarket/Publix with some restaurants just 5min drive. Very nice landlord, easy check-in. Super clean house!! Perfect stay for us with our 2 children. Many thanks again for the great time!
