Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Mein Sohn liebt Züge und er konnte von der Ferienwohnung aus direkt auf den Bahnhof sehen und die Züge beobachten. Wir konnten von dort aus viele Ausflüge machen. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Great apartment in fantastic central location

Ideale Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, es gibt viele Schlafmögluchkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und recht einfach, aber die Betten sind gut und man hat, was man so braucht. Im Sommer wird es dort sicherlich sehr heiß sein, da schlecht isoliert. Die Lage am Bhf ist perfekt, um Freiburg zu erkunden und Ausflüge ins Umland zu machen.

Great location

Good sized accommodation for family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids 14 and11). Very convenient to transport, shops and old Freiburg.

Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und in einer gemütlichen, sehr zentralen Lage. Zu Fuß erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof und in 10 M. die Innenstadt. Das Apartment ist groß und bietet Platz für insgesamt 4 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief schnell und problemlos. Empfehlenswert!

great base to explore the Black Forest

The apartment situation is perfect for a young couple or small group of friends (I would suggest a maximum of 4 people) to explore the city on foot or to use the excellent rail system which is on your doorstep. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift, so it is probably not suitable for the elderly or for infants. The apartment is clean and airy, it has all you will need for a comfortable stay. When we stayed, the area was in the grip of a heat wave which meant leaving the windows open all night, which was fine except that this allows the noise from the train station to disrupt your sleep, a fan in each bedroom would be a good idea in the summer. It is a 10-15 minute stroll into the town centre and the old town which lay on the opposite side of the station, cafe's bars and restaurants are everywhere both inside, and as soon as you leave the station (which also has 2 very handy supermarkets). there is also a very nice Italian restaurant less then 200m from the apartment near the entrance to the station subway. We didn't see much of the owner as she was in London most of the week, but she seemed very helpful. I would recommend this apartment as good value and a good base, but for the young and fit.
