Located on a gated acre in the heart of Sunset Beach on Oahu’s North Shore. The Cottage has 1 bedroom King bed with ensuite bathroom and an additional queen bed (pune'e). The room can be divided by plantation doors that slide. The cottage is 1000 feet (.2 miles) from Sunset Beach and is a short walk or bike ride to Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Shark’s Cove. The cottage is 40 minutes to downtown Honolulu and Waikiki.

Amazing!

Our family of 5 had the BEST time ever here in Yuki's gorgeous little beach house. The pictures are accurate, the place is super private. There are 2 beach cruisers that you can use to go down to the beach or you could walk to the beach easy. It's 4 km away from Foodland for all your supplies. We ate a lot of the time from all the awesome food trucks , but we did cook a few meals and the kitchen is super functional. I recommend a car to stay here but it's not really necessary as there is a local bus that you can travel around the whole island on! The backyard was a bonus too as my 3 boys played a lot outside! We stayed here for 5 nights then were off up the road to Turtle Bay resort, and while quite luxurious, it just did not compare to Yuki's ' s beach house. So I gave her a call and she let us stay for a further 4 nights! Super clean and just really something special. We cannot wait until we come back next year and stay. Thanks so much Yuki :-)

Just dreamy

This home was just so perfect for our family of 4. Home was just lovely - clean, spacious, with comfortable beds, lush towels, hammock on the porch, outdoor dining, huge garden - really everything to make a vacation relaxing. Great location in a quiet safe neighborhood but walking/biking distance to the beach bakery and more. Yuki is an attentive kind host and great communicator too.

Family Vacation

This property was paradise, we didn't want to leave. The home is secluded and beautiful, updated, and so comfortable. It was impeccably clean. Our young adult daughters had a blast riding bikes to the local food stands, and we all enjoyed the 5 minute walk or bike ride to the gorgeous Sunset Beach. Yuki was an absolute pleasure to work with. We absolutely plan own being back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the cottage exceeded our expectations. Excellent location. We are a family of four with our children being in college and last year in high school. There was plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely plan to stay here again if we have the chance.

Sunset Beach

Property is amazing - had every thing we needed and more! Walking distance to sunset beach - absolutely beautiful. Have done the stressful Waikiki stay many times - this place was exactly what we needed - very relaxing with all the amenities of home. Host feels like a friend :)

Amazing location and accommodations

We had the absolute best stay! The house was perfect and so comfortable. It is absolutely as pictured! I would stay here a million times again! The owners were very helpful in helping us plan out specifics for things we wanted to do and places to go! I am sad we are no longer there! The house was located in a beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach! It was truly perfect!

Private paradise

Yuki’s place creates the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We woke up to the sound of the ocean, and birds, every morning. We sipped coffee from the deck shaded by a mango tree. The home is private, and gave us a perfect holiday on the island. Yuki (along with her dog Gypsy) is a phenomenal host, and made everything easy.

North Shores Oahu mit Familie

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (7Jahre, 14 Jahre) eine Woche in dem Haus von Yuki, nachdem wir eine Woche auf Maui waren. Wir können die Unterkunft von Yuki sehr empfehlen: - Lage: Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist ganz Nahe an wunderschönen Stränden. Zum Sunset Beach kann man zu Fuß gehen. Auch gibt es viele wunderschöne weitere Strände, die mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen sind. Das tolle ist aber auch, dass man in einer knappen Stunde in Honolulu ist, wenn man mal mehr Großstadt-Feeling haben möchte. Auch haben wir uns Pearl Harbor angeschaut - ein Muss! Zudem gibt es in der Nähe tolle Foodtrucks… - Unterkunft: Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist auf dem Grundstück von Yuki, aber das Grundstück ist riesig und man wohnt wie auf einem eigenen Grundstück. Zudem ist Yuki eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer zur Stelle, wenn man einen guten Tipp braucht! Und die Zufahrt ist einfach zu befahren (wir hatten einen Ford Mustang). - Fazit: Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeberin!

Amazing relaxing time in the country

I spent a lot of time on the North Shore growing up and every time I come back, it’s back to that HI happiness. The house is perfectly located and it’s an easy walk to Sunset Beach. House is well appointed and spacious for our group of 4. Owner Yuki was very communicative and obliging. We enjoyed our stay very much. Extra bonus: there is a neighbor horse and as a longtime horse owner, horses make me happy too :)

Just like home

The location of the property is excellent. We had no problems with getting in. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There is a washer and dryer available in the house. The beds were so comfortable!

Nice quiet location near cool spots

Family of four stayed for a week in May. The house is about a 5 minute walk to Sunset Beach, which is really nice and not as crowded as most of the beaches on the island (at least in May). Waimea Bay and Falls are 10 minutes away by car. Haleiwa is about 15-20 mins away. Great food close by, as well as a large grocery store. The house is pretty secluded and surrounded by trees. Kids loved playing in the yard. Our host was very quick to respond to questions. House was well equipped for our family's needs. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.

Very cozy and relaxing House

We really enjoyed our stay at Yuki's house. It was super clean and functional and felt as private as you can ask for in the area. It was easy to find and just a short walk down to a beautiful beach. We definitely would recommend this place and would go back again. Thank you Yuki!

Beautiful And quiet place to relax

Yuki's place was very quiet and beautiful. We had a very pleasant stay in our two weeks there. The place is private and decided, but walking distance to sunset and Ted's bakery. Yuki supplies bikes to help get to the various other surf breaks on the north shore. We stayed at the place with our baby and found Yuki had everything we need from kitchenware to bathroom needs.

Great north shore cottage

We stayed 5 nights and the property was perfect for us. Very private cottage on a large very well landscaped parcel. The owner, Yuki, could not have been more helpful for the check in process and during our stay. Sunset, banzai and sharks cove very accessible. Short drive to Waimea and Haleiwa. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

Anniversary trip

Family Hawaii Getaway

Our family decided to stay on the North Shore for a 10-day vacation and we came across this listing. We were immediately drawn to how nice the property and home looked in the pictures. Once we booked it Yuki called and was very excited & welcoming. She was able to provide a lot of information about the place, Oahu, and the North Shore in general. Which was helpful as we had never been. As far as the home- it was all that we expected! Yuki supplies plates, cups, silverware, blender, etc, along with some other household needs. The location is very safe as there is a gate to get to the home and it is 1 min the beautiful Sunset Beach! Overall, we recommend you book this property right away!! Thanks Yuki!!!

A lovely little place at Sunset Beach. Perfect for me as a surfer and us to relax. Short walk to surf and the bike path in a very very private setting with an excellent host.

Great stay on the North Shore

We had a great time in the cottage. it was clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and outside there is a lot of options to sit and/or relax. it's very close to many beaches for swimming, best sunsets and a lot of good food trucks. We would stay again if we make it again to the North Shore.
