Welcome to Holland Michigan; home to sandy beaches, outstanding dining & shopping, and the largest tulip festival in the United States.

Our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath ranch style home puts you right in the middle of all that Holland has to offer.

The house’s location is super close to all things awesome;
Holland State Park - 5 minutes
Tunnel Park - 5 minutes
Downtown Holland - 10 minutes
Private Pool - 24 steps (depending on location in house, may be fewer)

We understand that vacation is your chance to check out the town and hit all the attractions you can, but sometimes all you need is a little time to sit back and relax without having to move your feet. This home was designed to meet just that need.

Yes, it’s located super close to the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan & all the shops and dining Downtown Holland has to offer, but the fun and memories don’t stop when you make it home.

The décor and the backyard pool surround you with a love for all things water. This ranch style home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two have king beds and the other a full-sized bed along with additional sleeping in the basement, which has another full-sized bed. Six guests is the ideal fit for maximum comfort, eight can be accommodated, but things do get a bit tight having to share the 1.5 bathrooms.

Kitchen
Eating in verses going out on the town, no problem, we’ve got you covered. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics, plates, bowels, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc.

Living Rooms
Looking to sit back, relax and catch up on a little Netflix? We got you covered, this house has not one, but two living room spaces for you to kick back and enjoy some downtime. Both areas are equipped with Roku’s so you are able to log onto your favorite apps.

Exterior
The private backyard is jammed with fun, you’ll find a pool for splashing around on those hot summer days, an outdoor fire pit for perfecting your smore making skills and a patio for hanging out, relaxing and taking it all in.

Amenities
If your anything like me, a morning without coffee is not a happy morning and we don’t want you to experience that either, so you’ll find two coffee makers (Keurig & Normal) in the kitchen with coffee provided. We’ve also stocked the house up with the small essentials that are not fun to live without; towels (bath and pool), hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, iron and more.

You'll have access to the entire home plus the fenced in backyard that is host to a private pool and a outdoor fire pit.

Great stay!

The house was super clean and in a great location -- quick trip to downtown Holland (and 5-10 minutes away from some of our other faves, like Brewery 424 + Sluggo's Pizza + Captain Sundae + DeBoer Bakery + Riley Trails). The pool was perfect and so much fun. Great communication with the host -- we had an issue with the bathtub, and he immediately replied to my message and had a plumber there to fix it the next morning. We'd happily stay here again! Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable stay in a great town

Our family had a very relaxing time at this very comfortable home. Lots of towels ( I hate it when a rental gives you 1 per guest) and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We had everything we needed to cook a meal. It was a bit cooler but that didn't stop my kiddos from enjoying the pool and all the fun toys. Thanks for a great stay.

Long weekend getaway

We loved the spot and our time there. Place was nice and quiet with plenty of room for all of us. The only issue we had was several of the doors did not want to close and once you got them closed you had trouble getting them open. The bathroom door was the worse.

Property was perfect, pool was a plus after a hot day at the Beaches a refreshing dip at the house was what we all enjoyed. Little guy loved the beach and waves, but his favorite thing was jumping from the deck into our arms in the water. house was very nice. Needs more silverware was my only issue.Highly recommend this Home.

Summer getaway

We love that this house has plenty of room for our family. The projector in the basement is great! It’s close to beaches. Holland and Saugatuck never disappoint. We loved the privacy of the back yard and the pool. The fire pit was nice and the neighborhood quiet. It’s our second stay. Love it! Hope to come back!

This is the second year in a row we rented this property. We love everything about it. Many improvements over last year. We love the pool and even the layout of the house. My grandkids like the basement where they not only have their own room but a big screen tv. We loved the family room to hang out in and play games and watch movies. We liked the close proximity from stores, the beach, etc. We Hope to rent again next year.

2023 Family Vacation

This was the third time staying at this property and each time we have stayed, Eric has updated something. First was a projector and foosball table that the kids enjoyed. This year the kitchen was made over. We have always picked this property because of its location. It is central to most of the things that we have wanted to do on the west side of Michigan. The kids also love the house for the pool. Eric is always accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. We will be back in the future.

So Clean, So Beachy

Super, super clean and very cute "beachy" decor! Incredibly comfortable new king beds in each of 3 bedrooms. Three great separate spaces for a larger group to watch TV in the evening: living room, family room, and basement. We stayed in winter so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Girlfriend retreat

This house was everything it said it was and a little more. Very clean and so much room! I met a girlfriend from school for a long weekend. We had so much fun just sitting and relaxing inside and outside by the fire. Eric was great with any questions we had and checking and out was easy! We will definitely be back

Perfect for a family getaway

Everything was just as described. Wonderful accomodations - comfortable, clean, close to attractions, plenty of space for our family. Host was timely in regards to questions. While there we visited beaches (Tunnel Park was a favorite) and local attractions in Holland, Saugatuck, Grand Haven and Grand Rapids. It was a short drive to lots of fun. We loved our stay and would definitely return!!

Great Location

We booked this stay for the short drive to everything and access to a pool while our toddler napped. There are several parks nearby, and the tunnel beach is a very short drive away. There’s also a nice blueberry farm nearby, and downtown Holland is an easy drive. The house was very clean and well equipped. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

I can’t recommend this house enough. The house is close to everything, including the downtown shops or Holland State Park/Lake Michigan. The house has plenty of room upstairs and also has a downstairs that is finished. Our kids loved having their own space down there and loved the projector. The pool was nice and big and we spent most of our time in it. There is also a nice fire pit area. Will definitely be back again.

House with a pool and a great location

We selected the house because we thought the kids would love the pool. We were not wrong. It was larger than we expected. Kids also loved the rope swing in the front. They told me that it should be listed as a feature. Eric was very prompt with anything we needed to communicate with him. I would stay at the property again in the future. The house is central to a lot of the places we want to see on the west side of Michigan.

Wonderful place!!

Our first time in Holland… this property was perfect for us… only a short drive (10 min) to downtown and beaches. Major plus that there is a pool which was great for the kids and for us adults to lounge in after a long day. The yard is fenced in and private … there is a patio which was great for the kids to ride their bikes and run around. We made use of the fire pit every night and spent most of our time outdoors. Inside the home was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were out of this world comfy! It was also nice to have two living areas… the home is nice and open. The owners have made it easy by supplying hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, plenty of towels, beach toys, bikes, pool floats and noodles and there was even k-cups for the keurig… in addition to a 12 cup coffee maker. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, there isn’t a ton of cooking/baking items but it had all that we needed. There is also a portable gas/ camping grill that was great for grilling out. Owners were very nice and responsive and check out was super simple! We had a great time… loved Holland beach park… by far the best beach nearby but also enjoyed tunnel park although the beach is very narrow and also very crowded. Downtown was super cute and quaint with a bunch of unique shops and places to check out. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Eric and Danielle!!

4th of July

Friends and family had such a fun time staying at this property over Fourth of July weekend. The location is close to the downtown area and the beach. The pool and fire pit were welcome additions to the already fun weekend.
