Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen smart 4k TV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. Sofa bed in living room. All bedrooms have private bathrooms plus an extra full sized bathroom.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for 2 families. The extra hall bath with shower was great so everyone could quickly clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Beds were all comfortable. Beach - beautiful view! Pools and lazy river were great.

The Hobbs from Tennessee

We just returned home from staying at the Phoenix in this condo on the 7th floor, very convenient just off garage, very confortable living area and plenty of room for the whole family. I just have one issue, and thats the balcony furniture, other than that, we had a great time. The kids loved all the pool activities right at the sight. I wanted to show my grandchildren a great time, and they had it here. Thanks Cayce

Disappointing

The room was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Kitchen and living area had not been wiped down and was not dusted. The furniture and rug were nasty. The room didn’t have a dustpan so we had to sweep and use wet napkins to wipe up. Would not recommend!

The 7th floor was awesome because you could sit in the unit and still see the ocean. A plus was the ability to drive to the 7th floor parking and unload very close to the unit. The kitchen was totally equipped with every possible item you could need. We would definitely stay in this unit if we came back to Orange Beach.

We had a great stay, with a few minor maintenance things. First none of the remotes to any TV had batteries, the porch light was broken and appeared to be duct taped. The master bathroom could have been cleaned a little better especially the bathtub. But none of those things impacted the quality of our stay.

Beautiful and spacious property!

Beautiful condo. Everything was accurate to the listing. The location is perfect, and it’s very convenient to be able to hop back and forth between the pool and the ocean. The only negative for us was that the floors in the condo were not clean. They were swept, as there was no visible debris on them, but our feet were black on the bottom after walking around the condo for a few hours (and we were not on the balcony or outside, so it was from inside). We wore socks or flip flops at all times. Otherwise the condo was appropriately cleaned and we had no issues at all! Would definitely stay again.

The condo is the same as the other 3 bedrooms we have rented here, but did enjoy being on the 7th floor, which is the lowest we've been able to rent in the past. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the grandkids all enjoyed the slide as well as the beach. The Phoenix West facility is great by any standards and caters to families and kids. We've been staying here the past 7-8 years.

Loved this condo! Very spacious and loved having a bath in each bedroom! The biggest problem was not enough elevators for this size condo! Sometimes we waited for 15-20 min for an elevator that was not full!!!

Ike’s chair service made beach time a cinch as always.We will be back!

This took an hour - there was a line and only one clerk working. He was very pleasant and helpful, though.The property was in acceptable condition. My only complaint with the condo was that the tile floors weren’t clean. Walking barefoot inside left our feet black. We could smell disinfectant as we entered so I felt cleaning was attempted. We loved the location. The parking deck was especially convenient. The kids enjoyed all the water features. We enjoyed eating at our favorites - The Original Oyster House, the Hangout, the Sunliner Diner and Cobalt. Take out from Rotolo’s Pizzeria was a new experience and it was delicious! We had a great time!

We enjoyed the tennis courts at night & played pickleball there as well! I would recommend that the pickleball equipment be upgraded even slightly since plastic paddles don't work well. Also, our only complaint was that the floors in our unit were dirty.

Love it!

The condo was perfect for us! I LOVE the wall of windows overlooking the gulf. Makes me feel like I'm outdoors even when I'm not. Love the large balcony and quality outdoor furniture, especially the tall table and chairs. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. We also saw several dolphins from the balcony during each of the three days we stayed. We loved that! You might bring binoculars with you to get an even better look at the wildlife. We also love that we can park on the same level as the condo--makes unloading and loading sooo much faster and easier. The unit was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathrooms are a good size. The shower in the primary bath is bigger than you typically find in vacation condos--love that. The only drawback for me was that I wish there were an ottoman or recliner in the living room so I could put my feet up while our group was sitting in that space, but I'm not complaining by any means. I slept exceptionally well in the primary bedroom, which is spacious. The elevators in the building are much faster than those in most condo buildings where I've stayed--another plus. We spent hours floating in the lazy river (tubes are provided), as well as hours at the beach. Check in and parking were easy. The host was very responsive to my questions. We would gladly stay here again!
