The property is located on one of Vilamoura's golf courses, very close to the "Old Village" where you can find several restaurants, supermarkets, bars, transport, etc.

The Marina of Vila Moura and the beaches are also very close, about 5 minutes
There is also the possibility of going there with public bicycles or with the small train available in the region.

Inside offers everything with air conditioning, living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
The garden outside the villa is integrated with the golf course offering a very pretty and green calm atmosphere.

In the garden, in addition to the 6/12 meter swimming pool, there is also a barbecue and two different dining areas.

The house has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and Wi-Fi.

Loved our stay here. Host is brilliant and property manager too. Location great, so quiet and relaxed watching golfers all day by a great pool. Bbq great! Brilliantly clean villa. 11 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants at Old Village. 5 mins in a car or an uber to marina. No stairs so suitable for older people. I would definitely bring my family here again.

nice villa - lovely views. service and communication was excellent. nice to be welcomed at villa and taken on a guided tour. quiet area. Villa was little tired and not up to par with other villas at the same price point. large tree next to the pool needs pruning as it is constantly filling poll with twigs - we had to clean pool each day . better garden / lounge furniture needed. not great to be sitting on plastic furniture in the evening. So overall, we booked it last minute and were very happy to take the villa as it is.

A great base for families
The villa was comfortable and suited us as 2 families travelling together. It's in a quiet but very accessible location, walking distance of local shops and restaurants but easy distance by car to airport and key attractions in the area. We easily got Ubers down to the Marina. The villa isn't modern in style but provides all the homely items that you'd need to cook up family meals, or a lovely BBQ. Ample parking outside of needed. The stand out for this property is by far the pool, our children spent so much time swimming, and the positioning of the Villa means you aren't overlooked at all. Even with the golf course view we didn't see any golfers (suspect play was halted as there was a lot of fairway maintenance going on). I can't fault Ana and her husband, great communication and was on hand to help and answer questions- thank you for welcoming us!

Not impressed!
On arrival, I was extremely disappointed with the property. The room I had had finger marks all over the wall and looked like it hadn't been painted for years. The light hanging down was dangerous, with single exposed wires to the broken fitting. The pool had broken loose tiles around it. This place needs some TLC. When I called to complain, Ana was extremely unhelpful and rude. I was told I had 10 minutes to decide whether I wanted to stay, but I had no choice at that point but to stay as I had my elderly disabled mother with me. I promptly left the next day and hired another villa. In short, I would stay clear of hiring this villa if you have any sort of standards.
