Located above the Redstone Shopping Center, this updated two bedroom condo provides walking access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, bus stop, massage, ski & bike rentals, fitness centers, and more.

Inside the home, you will find the living space and kitchen featuring a gas fireplace, 75" 4k Smart TV with Youtube TV, Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, Sonos sound system, RH Cloud Couch, and fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances. Gas stove with range hood.. Propane grill on deck. Kitchen is stocked with Coffee Maker, Blender, Crockpot, Stand-up Mixer, Waffle Maker, Soda Stream, Toaster Oven, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, fridge with dual ice maker, as well as general seasonings/condiments.

The Master Bedroom has a Cali-King Tempurpedic Mattress, 55" 4k TV with Apple TV, Sonos soundbar, reading chair, work desk, 28" 4k monitor, printer, and its own bathroom.

The Guest Bedroom is a Queen Murphy bed with a 43" 4k Smart TV and floating desk office space. Bathroom is located outside the bedroom for guest room and living space access.

You'll also have access to the two car garage (max vehicle length 19'4" to close garage door) to park, store your skis/bikes. Bike and hike trail access right from the neighborhood.

Outstanding Place, great location!
The apartment is in perfect condition with all kind of amenities, including a modern Sonos sound system. Location is also great with many restaurants, stores and supermarket within walking distance. It’s is recomendable to have a car to drive to Canyons or PCM.

Great spot just minutes away from Park City lifts!
Lovely condo giving us access to Park City skiing. Great for small groups! Fully appointed kitchen and baths. MJ was great! check-in was a breeze and communication when we had a question was quick and helpful. Close to grocery, restaurants, and other shops. Only minor complaint was that it was a bit loud once or twice at night as people left restaurants and food delivery occurred early in the day. However, We will definitely keep this spot on our short list!

Park City Ski Vacation
The property was incredibly clean, well-stocked, comfortable and spacious. MJ is a responsive, professional, and wonderful host. The location is fabulous- walking distance to many restaurants and shops - and the two car garage provided ample space for our vehicle and ski gear. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to a return visit.

perfect stay
This place was outstanding. I can not say enough good things about the property and the owner. We extended our stay here a number of times. Location is excellent with close proximity to a rec center as well as restaurants. The unit is exceptionally clean and outfitted with everything you might need. It has a nice little sunny deck with a grill which we were very thankful for and a large garage. Highly recommend!

Great Property In a Convenient Location
The property was nice, clean and nicely furnished. It is in a good locations that is convenient to shops nearby and a short drive from skiing and Park City. The two car garage is great for keeping gear in without having to keep things in the unit or risk having things taken in a shared garage or parking lot. The kitchen has everything you could need and more to stay in and cook and the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked. The check in process was easy and the host was responsive.

The condo was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants that we could walk to rather than drive. Just a short distance to the Canyons gondola by car. Exactly what we were looking for. And it snowed 5 feet the week we were there!

Everything was quite nice and perfect. The host has a lovely home with everything you think you could need to enjoy your stay. The desk/workplace setup is great if you need to get work done. Well Managed Property
My family loved that they could go downstairs to shops and restaurants. It was clean and very well stocked for a short term rental. The manager was very communicative and pleasant. The garage has a low height so our suv was unable to park inside.. my family agreed they would like to stay their again.

Excellent Property
My family and I were thrilled when we arrived at MJs place. The 2 bed 2 bath 2 car garage condo is in a great location. We were roughly 10 minutes away from the skiing areas conveniently located in the heart of Kimball Junction. There were lots of restaurants, bars, shops and even a movie theater with in a 5 minute walk of the condo. I would highly recommend MJ's place to anyone looking for a great Utah getaway. You won't be disappointed here!

Above and beyond expectations
We used to live in Park City and are very familiar with the area. Fox Hollow/Redstone is a perfect area for a family vacation-close to dining, activities, Canyons resort, without the congestion. The owners went above and beyond- even having 3 little stuffed Xmas toys to welcome our kids. Very well stocked with Everything. Very clean. They were very thoughtful to provide the best stay experience. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful condo….spacious, comfortable furnishings, & excellent amenities. The large garage for all our snowboarding equipment was a huge bonus! The location is wonderful (close to PC & Deer Valley, as well as the highway) & within the very convenient Red Stone Village. MJ was excellent…extremely helpful, responsive, & informative! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

WONDERFUL
We’ve stayed in the Park City area numerous times. This was by far the nicest Condo. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We really enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, family room and eating area. One day my husband needed our rental car. There was ample shopping and hiking directly out our front door. Without a doubt we would stay here again. Our host was amazing and quickly replied to any questions that we had. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and tucked away from Park City chaos
MJ is a great host and responded very quickly to to the few questions I had. The property was equipped with lots of spices and condiments which was extra convenient for a quick 5 day trip. I also think the property has an RH cloud couch which is very undersold on the listing! We loved watching a movie all together after hitting the slopes all day. Would stay here again!

2021 Family Christmas Ski Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great and had plenty to do within walking distance. We were only a 20 minute drive from Park City Ski resort. The house had everything we needed to make our stay a great stay. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
