Casa Taman is located on the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach and provides private access to the white-sand beach. All along the location of this beachfront villa, surfers can find the most consistent waves of Costa Rica.
"Casa" stands for “home” in Spanish and "Taman" for “garden” in Indonesian, and that jungle tropical feeling is exactly what you will experience while being 100m away from the beach and the ocean. The villa design is modern, classy, and hippie chic, making you feel at home away from home.
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates one large family, two smaller families with children, or a group of friends in a unique, private, and safe location. Casa Taman is located within North Creek Estate, on the same property as Casa Lanui (7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms). Both houses can be rented separately or together for large groups, sleeping up to 28 guests.
Casa Taman features three master bedrooms with king-size beds overlooking the swimming pool and one children’s bedroom with two bunk beds, accommodating 4. The spacious living areas can be opened towards the swimming pool. The inside living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating on the island. The dining area consists of a 10-foot-long table that comfortably seats 10 people. Guests can relax in the big, comfortable lounge area in front of a 60” television while looking out towards the pool and jungle.
In front of the living room, you can enjoy a pool with shallow hang-out areas surrounded by terraces with several lounge chairs for your tanning and leisure activities. Beyond that, there is a large garden to play in and hang out, with hammocks to relax in the shade. The beach in front of North Creek Estate is stunning, with pristine sand that stretches endlessly. You can relax in full privacy in the shade of numerous trees while watching some fantastic, consistent surf. A private path along a lovely creek leads you from the house to the beach.
