Bright studio close to the beach, with elevator and air conditioning.

Excellent transport links with the tram at your doorstep that will take you to the airport in 15 minutes and into the old town in just 10 minutes.

At the foot of the building: Carrefour Market, bakery, cafes, pharmacy.

To go to the beach, just cross the road!

The apartment includes:
