70 th Birthday

My family got together to celebrate my 70th birthday. The house was perfect for 4 families. The location is perfect. Had a chef come 1 day that was incredible. Perfect Captiva week!!

Big Birthday Celebration

Wanted to be in our special place for my big birthday and couldn’t have been anywhere better. House was everything it said and more - comfortable and welcoming - relaxing and charming - perfect location and well equipped in every aspect. Lee & Bonnie such great hosts. We’ll be back!

Paradise

Perfect location and house. Had family members from all over spend the week in this spectacular house. A lot of space with everything thought through in terms of anything required (ie beach chairs, beach towels, water toys, games, etc). Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better house. Lee and Bonnie were phenomenal to deal with and very responsive on any questions we had.

Amazing Family Getaway!

We had the BEST time this past week at Captiva Attitudes! We had 3 families who all shared the house and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities. The location was perfect and the kids loved the pool! Our hosts Lee and Bonnie were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful house and property, exactly as pictured . Location was fantastic. Lee and Bonnie were wonderful and accommodating to any need that we had. Although Captiva is still recovering from Ian, the beach and ocean are as beautiful as ever. We were happy to support the locals and businesses of this wonderful community.

Amazing house!!!

We have stayed on Captiva many times over the last 7 years-this house is probably our favorite place we have stayed! Our family of 11 (grandparents, adult children and their children) had plenty of room in this house! We LOVED the pool and the pool area, it was a short walk to the beach (the house has plenty of chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and a cooler), short walk to eat and shop/groceries. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, two refrigerators (nice to have), and it was so nice to have extra paper products. Lee was a great host and so responsive with answers to questions and anything we needed during the week. I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!

Family Trip at Captiva Attitudes

This is a great location for a family vacation. Centrally located on Captiva Island near all the major sites and shops. Lee and Bonnie were welcoming and beyond helpful. Highly recommend this location for your next family trip.

Beach trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything including beach chairs, towels, and paper products. The location was perfect right on the Main Street in Captiva within short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lee was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this property when staying in Captiva. Can’t wait to come back

Unbelievable house

We have stayed on Andy Rosse Lane before in other houses. While they were also great this house has everything! So well equipped that I wish I asked more questions before ordering supplies for the house. This house is unbelievable! So beautiful, private and accommodating to everyone in our party. The primary bedroom is spacious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable you slept like a baby. Unbelievable bathroom and walk in closet that's huge. Down the hall was perfect for my daughter's family with the 2 kids having their own king bedrooms right next to each other. The inlaw suite is amazing and so is the bedroom suite on the bottom floor. The pool and landscaping are so beautiful and private you couldn't hear anyone in the houses near you. Such a great place for our family to come and relax and recharge! Lee and Bonnie are great! So helpful with putting you in touch with rental companies and excursions if you need. Will definitely rent this house again;)

This is an amazing property and Lee and Bonnie are the very best! We had issues with a different property and VRBO and Lee and Bonnie came through for us! Rooms in the home are awesome, beds are wonderful, pool was wonderful. We just can’t say enough! Thank you to everyone that helped make this happen.

Shhhhh (100% amazing)

I’d rather not say too much about this dream property in paradise. I would prefer that very few people hear about the incredible amenities, unbeatable location, and amazing host. If too many people find out then this quiet slice of paradise will get overrun by people seeking sunshine, happiness, and everything else you need to renew and relax. While the huge luxury kitchen was nice for our group to cook in the nearby restaurants were also great. So many great areas in the house to enjoy and an ice cream shop and amazing beach are an easy 5-minute walk away. Please don’t tell anyone.

Awesome property! Location to restaurants and beach was amazing! Kitchen fully stocked with dishware and utensils. Easy trip to Jerrys for groceries in Sanibel. VRBO hosts were extremely responsive. My only dislike was Sun exposure to pool was minimal.

Property Manager Great

The house is wonderful and location perfect. Lee the property manager goes over and above meeting you at the house to go over the and answers your questions. The pool was set at 90 degrees and the hot tub was 102 which made a cool temperature week still a wonderful week of vacation.

Amazing House, Location, and Property Managers

This house was fantastic. It was clean, well maintained, and in the perfect location. Walking distance the great restaurants, shops, and the beach. There house was fully stocked with hand soaps, detergents, paper supplies, etc. The property managers were helpful, friendly, and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. They even left surprises for our kids! We will define be back!

FANTASTIC!!!!

Everything about this property was amazing! From the very start to the very end the hosts Lee and Bonnie were extremely responsive and very helpful. The house was as pictured and it was perfect for our stay! The location is outstanding! I can't imagine a better street to stay on in Captiva- walkable to the beach and some wonderful restaurants. 10 couples came to celebrate a birthday and everyone was comfortable and had a fantastic time. There was tears on departure day. You cannot go wrong with this property or these hosts!

One word, Amazing!

This is a beautiful spacious house just a few houses from the beach. Excellent location, close to restaurants, a marina, the beautiful beach. The house has a large well equipped kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom and elevator and a beautiful pool. The managers were great to work with, communicated often, and answered all of our questions. I can not say enough good things about our stay.
