An impossibly charming setting awaits at this inviting home in Seagrove Beach, where you'll be able to walk and ride bikes to the white sand beach, beloved restaurants and eateries, and the very best of 30A. As you return home from days spent swimming in the Gulf of Mexico or riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail, you'll be greeted by three levels of deck space - two that run the entire length of the house and a shaded crow's nest up top. You can light the gas grill outside on the patio, sit down for lunch on the screened garden-level porch, and find plentiful space to lounge outside on both the first and second floors. The interior of the home is an air-conditioned respite, offering a light-filled ground floor that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the open kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and a four-person peninsula bar counter). Doors open to the porches on either side of the room, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in between to entertain everyone at once. Enjoy relaxing in the screened veranda!
Each of the three bedrooms - one on the ground floor and two upstairs - has its own private bathroom and flatscreen TV, with one of the upstairs bedrooms providing direct access to the deck. The main bedroom features a large whirlpool bath and standalone shower for winding down at the end of the day. Also on the second floor are a snug bunk room, a laundry room, and a landing with a desk and access to the deck, which doubles as a great remote workspace. Guests can find a sitting area with French doors that lead to an open-air veranda that runs the full length of the home. A spiral staircase from the second-floor veranda leads to the tower covered sitting area, a great place to welcome a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
