An impossibly charming setting awaits at this inviting home in Seagrove Beach, where you'll be able to walk and ride bikes to the white sand beach, beloved restaurants and eateries, and the very best of 30A. As you return home from days spent swimming in the Gulf of Mexico or riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail, you'll be greeted by three levels of deck space - two that run the entire length of the house and a shaded crow's nest up top. You can light the gas grill outside on the patio, sit down for lunch on the screened garden-level porch, and find plentiful space to lounge outside on both the first and second floors. The interior of the home is an air-conditioned respite, offering a light-filled ground floor that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the open kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and a four-person peninsula bar counter). Doors open to the porches on either side of the room, with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in between to entertain everyone at once. Enjoy relaxing in the screened veranda!

Each of the three bedrooms - one on the ground floor and two upstairs - has its own private bathroom and flatscreen TV, with one of the upstairs bedrooms providing direct access to the deck. The main bedroom features a large whirlpool bath and standalone shower for winding down at the end of the day. Also on the second floor are a snug bunk room, a laundry room, and a landing with a desk and access to the deck, which doubles as a great remote workspace. Guests can find a sitting area with French doors that lead to an open-air veranda that runs the full length of the home. A spiral staircase from the second-floor veranda leads to the tower covered sitting area, a great place to welcome a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Great rental!!
We had a group of 7 for a beach birthday get together. The rental was very clean and very conveniently located to everything. Great coffee and food right across the street and the private drive made for a quaint little neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach!

Forget Mai Tai
Full disclosure, this was not the house we originally chose. Our original reservation was taken off the rental market and Vacasa rebooked us in this house since we wanted to be in the Summer's Edge neighborhood. Our initial impression wasn't great. The picket fence in front was overrun by weeds (the only one on the block that looked like that). Inside the house we found garbage left by the cleaners, dirty pillows and walls and belongings from previous renters. The showers and tubs had mold in the corners and edges, one tub was completely missing a shower curtain and we found a huge cockroach in an upstairs bathroom. The denim couch in the living room is broken down and covered in stains. The kitchen has the most random assortment of things, none of which were very useful (not one but two crock pots and a drawer full of nothing but butter knives but no baking sheet when we went to make chicken nuggets for the kids). There are plenty of other rentals to choose from in this neighborhood, I wouldn't stay in this house again.

Great stay!
Great house. Very clean, close to the beach. We loved the bikes that came with the house. I saw another review that said it was a little outdated, and yes, it is, but it was spotless, and my family and I would stay here again! There was enough room for game nights at the table and plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had a crockpot.

Mostly hits, a few misses
We were a very chill group who really did not need much, and overall the stay was good, but just was missing a few things. At a glance, the property was clean and well cared for, but when looked at with a closer eye the cleanliness wasn't as great, i.e. dishes not really cleaned and put back in the cabinet, linens that hadn't been washed (or were decently stained) and just put back in the closet, shower floors still covered in sand (obviously this is a beach rental, but there should not be clumps of sand on the shower floor that they didn't even try to rinse out), and not doing a great sweep around the edge of the beds where we found hair clips and a few loose ibuprofens. These were all small things and easily remedied by us, but not what you expect. The listing makes it seem that the beach is significantly closer than it really is. It is still walkable distance, but is more of a hike than we anticipated. Again, nothing substantial but be prepared for it! We also had a bedroom where the overhead light did not work and neither did the lamp. I notified the management company, but it wasn't fixed while we were there. Last, communication with property management was just OK. Response times were longer than desired, but they did respond. If something were to be urgently wrong at the property, it could've been a major issue. Another tidbit that isn't mentioned: you can't get onto Ryan St from 30A, you have to go around. Nothing major, but is a bit of a nuisance.

This house had a great location and proximity to the beach. Nice community pool. This house is a bit more dated than other homes we have stayed at in the neighborhood but well appointed with everything you need. Solid WiFi, kitchen utensils, and other house items provided. The screened in porch was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!
We loved our time here with family and friends. The location is great and a safer walk than properties on the North side of 30A. We loved the screened porches and ability to hang out. I would recommend this property to friends with one strong recommendation. 1. The bathroom bamboo blinds need to be changed. Come evening time they allow visibility from the outside in. No joke! Especially on the second floor where the 2nd floor homes next door can see right into the bathroom and shower. Not cool for my teenage daughter to use IMO. This was mentioned in another review to fix and it has not been addressed. I thought it had. Management company was pretty quick to respond to any needs. Oh! No spices, sugar, sweet n low, olive oil or pepper when you check in. Kind of weird as I’ve never experienced a VRBO not have something at least-even in a sealed Rubbermaid container.

Poor Amenities
The house and porches were great. Was a quick walk to the pool and beach but unfortunately we could not even access those for a whole day due to the wrong codes being sent. The water at the pool was turned off and the toilets were overflowing. Seems like an issue with the management company.

This home was the perfect spot for myself 2 grown children, their spouses & all 6 grandkids! We enjoyed the open concept living/kitchen/dining area so we could all be together for eating & game-time! Plenty of private sleeping & bathroom areas as well! We wld love to make this our yearly vacation home. Thank you. 🥰

Great Location
Nice home with access to a nice private beach. Kitchen was well stocked but plan to bring other necessities lie TP, paper towels, laundry stuff, etc. That is provided in minimal quantities. The four bikes were nice and well use and and the gas grill is large. Would stay here again!

Nice and comfortable
Took my nieces here on vacation. It’s a very nice house and we love the top most look out room. Two constructive comments 1. All bathrooms are attached to bedrooms so when we arrived one bathroom was broken. This was only a problem because to use the other bathrooms we had to walk through another bedroom while our nieces were sleeping. Awkward! 2. The window treatments in the downstairs are bamboo like blinds that anyone can see through in the evening, made taking a shower in the downstairs seem like you were on show to the whole street

We forgot out ties.
Generally the house was great. There were a few details that could be improved. Queen pillow cases on king size pillows leaving the pillows 20% uncovered was kind of, well, gross. Table near soaking tub is covered with black mold/mildew and needs to be tossed. Air filter cover going upstairs is covered with thick dust. House was very functional. We greatly enjoyed the porches. Walk to beach was reasonable. Unfortunately, beach area previously enjoyed by the neighborhood has been overtaken by “private beach” signs, so utilizing the beach has become problematic.

We’ll not Forget Mai Tai Memories
We had a great family vacay at this location. 4 generations were accommodated well. Loved the screened in porch. Rental had stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker. HOWEVER NO ice or water dispenser. Most inconvenient as tap water melted the ice we scooped out to add to our Yeti cups. But we survived with lots and lots of water bottles. Management company was quick to respond when notified of zero propane for grill. Our younger generation enjoyed using the bikes for trips to Seaside. Hated to leave but will take the memories with us ❤️

Great House in a lovely neighborhood!
We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at Forgot Mai Tai. It was a great size with lovely furnishings. A wonderful screened in porch for the little kids to play on. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Lovely neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We loved it.

Forgot Mai Tai was wonderful!
This was our most relaxing vacation, ever. The house was spacious, incredibly comfortable, very nice without being pretentious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used it for most meals! The decks/ porches were the best on the block, with space, privacy, and ample comfortable seating. Walk to beach was quick and easy. It was a very special place!

Forgot Mai tai
Had a wonderful stay at Forgot Mai Tai. The house is on a very quiet street and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to ride our bikes around 30A and return from the beach to a nice quiet house. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The bed setups was perfect for our kids.

Perfect for a beach getaway
House was exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach access. Just enough room for us all. A few things to note; no cleaning supplies were supplied. (Like spray) A beach wagon is perfect for the walk, we brought our own. If you plan on cooking at all bring a few spices, only one we found was salt. Otherwise everything was great!

Great family spot in Sea Grove
The house was wonderful for two families. Lots of room and we loved the huge porches. The beach is about three blocks (a little wagon helps) and was accessed inside the neighborhood. Really close to Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market. Management was always available to answer questions!
