We offer, in Piriac-sur-Mer, this charming house with a surface of 90 m² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², a separate equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows :

Day space :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV (which works with a shared mobile phone connection), a dining area and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher...
- A mezzanine with a relaxation area

Night space :
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : A double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 : A double sofa bed
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1 800 m²
- A terrace with veranda and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A ground of game of bowls
- A ping pong table

The house is ideally located in Piriac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Baule train station (18 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport (113 km)

Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
