Welcome to Tee to Shining Sea! See “Tee to Shining Sea HHI” on Facebook. This villa is situated within the private community of Queens Grant, located in the heart of the award-winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. Palmetto Dune’s private beach is only 650 yards away, a relaxing walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Enjoy fresh paint and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the villa. New king bed & mattress in master. All new bedding, new sleeper sofa, new loveseat, new dining table & newly stocked kitchen. Also includes high-speed internet access and cable tv in living room and both bedrooms.

Our spacious, 1500 square foot villa has a breathtaking vaulted ceiling in the living room with a large flat screen tv, new queen sleeper sofa & new loveseat. We've also included board/card games for the family and a Nintendo Wii with many game options. The open dining room includes a new dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with a service court off the kitchen that provides an outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, bikes, etc.

The master bedroom includes new king bed with plush mattress, flat screen tv & private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, a twin bed & flat screen tv with connecting bathroom.

An inviting deck provides a new gas grill and new six-person dining table with large umbrella. The closest pool is just steps from the back deck. The Queens Grant community offers five outdoor swimming pools.

We take pride in privately managing our villa and treating our guests like family. You will speak directly with us from booking to departure. We are here for any questions you may have or recommendations you need. We hope you fall in love with Tee to Shining Sea and Hilton Head just like we did.

Palmetto Dunes is a world-class resort! Our guests have private access to miles of wonderful sandy beaches, three award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin, an 11 mile lagoon system (awesome for canoeing or kayaking), six miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, two beachfront hotel resorts, many restaurants, a General Store, and so much more! Canoeing, kayaking, shelling, golf, tennis, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance! Whole Foods, Kroger and Fresh Market are all located minutes outside the gate.

Nice get-a-way

Very convenient location! It’s a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Starbucks and Shelter Cove. The house is light and bright, very roomy, and very clean. We had a great stay!

Loved the place. Only problem was hot water was lukewarm and ran out and no bathtub plugs. Texted the property owner and he sent someone over to fix the hot water

Easter 2023

This villa was a perfect spot for our Easter vacation. Access to anything you may need was within walking distance or a short bike ride away. The place was spotless when we arrived, everything was as pictured in the advertising. We were notified when the villa was ready for move in and help from the owner was a quick text message away if needed. No complaints at all.

Great Location

The place was perfect for 2 couples. Very large family room/dining area and kitchen. Close to beach, store, golf. There are 5 pools - one very close - but none really very big and all seem to be very shady (not much sun) areas. Didn't affect us as we went to the beach everyday! Would definitely stay here again. Ben and Jennifer very responsive!

Wonderful property

Palmetto dunes is amazing and this property is in the heart of it! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach, dunes house and of course the general store. Community pool is a 30 second walk. Furniture is newer/very comfortable and Ben was super responsive. Property was perfect for our family of 4!

The golf outing

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful beach town. The house was perfect for may father and I. The owner was so responsive no matter the time of day. For the little time we spent in the home, it was the perfect place for my father and I. We will look to stay here again next April for year 3. Thank you

Good Stay at TeeToShiningTee

Unlike many rentals in this price range, is it clear that Ben and Jennifer enjoy their HHI home and sharing it with others through their rental. The unit is comfortable, both in furnishings and in size. And, if you like to be entertained when the weather keeps you inside, your hosts have wii and other games available. The unit was very clean and easy to keep clean during our stay.

Great Place, Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here at Hilton Head (2 adults, 2 kids under 13). The house was plenty spacious for our needs, very clean, has all the amenities you’d want for the stay, and the proximity to the beach on foot (especially with the little shortcut through the complex) made for easy access. Taking the hint of loading up our car with the beach gear and parking at Dunes House early in the AM is the way to go. It’s a much nicer walk without cumbersome beach gear. The overall location is very well situated to any shopping, restaurants, and vacation activities. We can highly recommend a stay here! Ben & Jennifer were very accommodating and had excellent communication with us during our stay.

Excellent Experience!

We had a Wonderful experience staying at this property!! Open floor plan, very clean, Nice bike ride to the beach, very short skip to the pool. Honestly, we cannot say enough lovely things about our stay!! We had the greatest time and the owners were wonderful! They provided really helpful material to navigate to the beach, recommendations for restaurants, groceries fun family activities! We will Absolutely stay here again!!

Great Location

We had a great week. The location is perfect, close enough to the front of Palmetto Dunes for an easy bike ride to Shelter Cove and only about a 10 min walk to the beach. The Villa was very clean and roomy. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, new and not worn out. My only negative about the place would be the pools. Though that is not the owners fault as they are communal pools . There is just not much room for walking around them if people are in the lounge chairs. Is a great villa though would recommend.
