This unique address, hidden from view, is close to the oyster-farming village and offers top-of-the-range amenities. The villa features a vast reception room with fireplace, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The five full suites are luxurious and comfortable. A garden with a covered terrace and heated swimming pool completes the setting.

The terrace, nestled in lush greenery, is the ideal place to relax on comfortable deckchairs and enjoy moments of conviviality with family and friends. This villa offers an exceptional setting for a dream vacation, where you can recharge your batteries in luxurious, elegant surroundings.
Just 5 minutes away by bike, you can discover the charming Cap-Ferret market, as well as nearby restaurants, stores and bike paths. The ocean is also just a few minutes away for a seaside stroll.

And just a 5-minute walk will take you to the most beautiful beaches of the Bassin D'Arcachon, as well as the region's typical fishermen's huts. These places offer you a haven of peace in which to relax and enjoy the magnificent surrounding scenery.

The stay fees included in the rate cover a welcome kit, the complete provision of bed linens, a mid-week cleaning service for your comfort, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning to ensure everything is in perfect condition upon your departure. For each additional week, an amount of €770 will be added, covering the weekly renewal of bed linens and the cleaning service. This amount should be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).

A security deposit of €5000 is required, either by check provided on the day of arrival or by bank transfer received no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
