About this property

Our apartment is totally renovated and new.
Fully furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
We are looking for guests with culture, executives who like pleasant and quiet spaces.
Clean and tidy people who take care of and respect the space.

Our building is ecological and organic, we are in the process of certification to make it a green building.

The apartment has:
2 rooms. One has a queensize bed and the other with two single beds.
1 full bathroom with shower.
Living room with a sofa bed (for an extra guest)
Kitchen equipped with breakfast bar, stove, pantry, laundry center, oven and microwave oven, coffee maker, kitchen utensils.
Laundry center (washer and dryer)
Drinking water filter.
We have a host and a cleaning person who visit the apartments every day to guarantee a safe and comfortable stay.
Nobody enters the rooms if it is not requested by the guest by message by the application.

Guests can use the entire space by following the established rules and taking care of household appliances.
The washing machine can be used but they must notify the host before using it.

The input is smart by code.
Parties or events are not allowed, visitors can be received as long as they are registered in the reservation or the host is informed
We have security cameras that monitor the space avoiding private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
