You will be able to truly relax with the beautiful interior and amazing views. Just a short walk to the world famous 30A beaches which were voted best US Beach in 2020. Close to Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful. It was great for multiple families. Very close to the beach and our favorite spots on 30A. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean.

Perfect beach house
We had a wonderful stay! I would recommend the use of bikes/wagons to the beach, it is a bit of a walk and especially in the summer heat. We rented a golf cart which was very helpful but there is nowhere to park the cart at the beach so we would use for drop offs only. The house is great. It took us a bit to all learn how to use the elevator but it was wonderful to have with all the stairs.

The house was a beautiful place to stay. We had all the accommodations. The kids enjoyed the pool and the bikes that were provided for a pleasant ride. Very clean and overall gorgeous experience!

Great house for large group, 5 min walk to beach
Heaven on Pointe was a great property for our group. Everyone had plenty of personal space and bathrooms, and the living space was large enough to host all of us for meals, games and movies. Huge island - great for meals and food prep/sandwich making, etc. The elevator is essential for keeping sand out of the house - load all the towels in on floor 1, drop into washer floor 2. Kitchen very well equipped. Bathrooms come with plenty of bath towels and first roll of TP. Washer and dryer were FAST! There’s a second full size fridge and freezer in the garage - it was a lifesaver for ice and food! We fit a Jeep in the garage and three small SUVs in the driveway and still had room to maneuver wagons and coolers in the driveway. Loved the outdoor shower - kids used it daily. Hot water! Instacart delivered food and alcohol. Their restaurant recs were delicious. House has all the beach things you need. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk. You do not need a golf cart. Bring an extra wagon if you have little kids plus gear. House has one. The beach is a public beach and personal chairs are set up starting 6am. VacayZen and Beach Chair Guys did a great job with daily chair and umbrella rental - we did get down by 7:30 to get a front row spot. Well worth coffee on the beach and front row! Homeowners were super responsive with the one obstacle we had and had it fixed within two hours.

AMAZING Seagrove Beach Property!
Heaven on Pointe is five stars and more! We were welcomed with a sweet note and a box of chocolates. The owners went above and beyond and were very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this house tucked away from it all on the quaint little street. It is absolutely stunning and the views of the ocean were fabulous. It had everything we needed to make our summer beach trip more than I could’ve ever imagined. We have been coming to Seagrove for 21 years and this is the most beautiful, roomy place we have stayed. This house will not disappoint and you will never want to leave! Thank you for having us and sharing your home.

Gorgeous accommodations. The owners spared no expense in finishes in this beach house rental. Marbel finishes, comfortable beds, high end appliances, bikes and more. The description of the property is accurate. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. A wagon, beach chairs, and nice size easy to set up cabana we're available to use. We had 3 small suv's Toyota Rav 4 size, and they all fit in the available parking. Home owners were always quick to respond to any question we had. There are 4 floors and lots of stairs, but an elevator is available to use. I would recommend taking house shoes or a pair of tennis shoes to wear only when you are in the house. There was even an extra fridge in the garage for keeping drinks cold. Our entire family had a wonderful time. We had 10 guest. The bunk room with the 4 small beds would just be for smaller children 5'4 or under. This was mentioned in the write-up. We had plenty of space for our teenage kids.

Amazing House and Great Location
This place was great! The amenities, decor, flow, and view were wonderful. Although this wasn't a beachfront property, the walk to the beach was extremely short which was key for us.

Stairs to Heaven!
The house is very pretty and has a beachy-feel on the inside with the color palette used and the extra tall ceilings. Thank the Lord for the elevator because without it I don't know if our food would have made it to the 3rd floor kitchen. (55 total steps to get to the 4th floor--we did get our steps in.) We enjoyed that beautiful kitchen and especially the 3rd floor balcony. The house was filled with children and grandchildren so our respite was getting up early to enjoy coffee on the porch. I might need to add that the weather was perfect with low humidity for our vacation week. Bikes available were all in great condition along with other items useful for a week at the beach. It is a little hike to get to the beach especially when you are pulling a wagon (which is also provided at the house) filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers and other beach paraphernalia. Also, the really cute bunk room is definitely for children just as described because the bunks are a little shorter than normal beds. Our preteen grandsons were actually too tall to be comfortable in the bunks, but they managed. Overall, we enjoyed the house, but most of all we just enjoyed being together! Isn't that the purpose of an extended family beach trip???
