Welcome to your private Clubhouse Estate oasis in the middle of Central Kentucky's bluegrass, bourbon, and horse country.
Enjoy visiting with friends and family inside the 14,000 square foot dream Clubhouse featuring eight spacious bedrooms (many with multiple beds) and eleven luxuriously modern bathrooms on three levels with digital elevator service. You'll find abundant indoor recreation, living, and dining areas inside all supported by two fully modern kitchens.
Later, gather poolside at the iOS digitally heated custom pool with aqua refresh area or visit together on one of the Estate's many porches and patios.
The pool is heated and open YEAR ROUND — heating is enhanced between November and March for an enjoyable experience anytime.
As you watch the sun set over your Estate's own fields of Kentucky Bluegrass you might just understand how Daniel Boone felt when he remarked that, "Heaven must be a Kentucky kind of place."

Private car or van service is available to guests upon request, including our popular 15 passenger late model transit excursion vans for our guided bourbon tours. Sample Bourbon Trail Tour: The Big Three...and Lunch : This high energy, fast-paced tour visits the breathtaking grounds of Woodford Reserve to begin the day for a full scale tour and bourbon tasting. From there, we'll head just up the road for a private lunch at Bourbon on Main in Downtown Frankfort (cocktails, also...hmm?:) and then pop next door to Buffalo Trace for their "Hard Hat Tour." We'll end the day at Wild Turkey Distillery for a tour and tasting. We might even see their official bourbon spokesperson, Matthew McConaughey or--even better--their founding statesman Jimmy Russell. This tour can last between 7 and 8 hours depending on how long you linger. $150/Guest/Six Guest Minimum

Pisgah Half Mare-thon and 10K

Amazing property. Jordan the manager, was quite cooperative and made our stay very comfortable. A couple of minor anomalies that Jordan immediately addressed. The house is very unique and interesting. There were 15 adults in our group.

Great house but poor communication with managers

The house was great and served most of our needs. We couldn’t find sheets to go with the extra folding beds and crib. The pool’s pump was broken so we only got one day with it repaired. Tried contacting the 2 listed managers by text and phone call several times but could never get them. So communication was very poor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Family getaway

Amazing property and host company! Heater went out on outdoor pool but still enjoyed hot tub and everything else. Enormous, beautiful house perfect for our 22 member family! Great communications with property host!

We had a wonderful Christmas. The house was plenty big enough for the 20 of us. My suggestions for the owner would be to update the appliances and the kitchen could be better organized.

Perfect large group abode!

Crazy huge! Easily accommodated 11 of us for bourbon trail weekend! Big kitchens and private sleeping places for all of us. Using The Farm LLC for van service and tour planning was excellent! Our driver, Carla, was exceptional and would request her again.

Great for Families

Overall, our 3 generation family of 20 enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and its location. The grandkids loved the pool and there was plenty of yard to play in. Although the hot tub worked, we did not use it as it needed a new filter...I did send a text inquiring about it, but apparently not received. Our other "minus" .. master shower could not be adjusted. Once it got hot, was scalding hot. We adapted, but I'm sure it could be fixed. The house is well suited for large and/or multiple families.

14000 sq ft beautiful house. Some minor flaws. Several areas light bulbs needed replaced. Sits on 4-5 acres, grass needed to be cut. Last day (fortunately) pool pump/filter failed. I rate 8/10

Great Stay

We had an amazing time. Everyone enjoyed the house, especially the pool. I enjoyed the elevator since I have a mobility problem. The property manager, Geoff, was very accommodating and replied promptly to any problems or questions we had. The outside area around the pool was very spacious and relaxing. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Geoff for your services. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay for all ages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Farm. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The outdoor areas were great for spending time together. The basketball court was enjoyed by all and is tucked between the garages, which was fun and private as well. We visited the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Louisville Slugger Museum during our stay. We had multiple generations staying here, and one of the basement bathrooms is fully accessible. The elevator was nice and allowed our mother in a wheelchair to go up to the main level. We highly recommend this home for all ages.

Bourbon Trail Birthday Weekend

We had a great time this past weekend in Lexington at this house. The accommodations were good. Our driver, Carla, was excellent - very knowledgeable about the area & tours, and extremely accommodating. And the chef, Cody, provided an amazing meal on Saturday night. We will definitely look into your other locations. Thanks for everything!

Great house for large family

We gathered to celebrate the holidays. We had Thanksgiving and Christmas and the kitchens were wonderful. Very well stocked. A dinning table big enough for all. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both warm enough for chilly January. Fenced yard was great for the dogs too. We had an issue with one of the ovens and maintenance showed up and promptly fixed. Definitely may return

Huge and beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time. Property manager couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with and any/all concerns and questions were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Would return for sure! Elevator was a huge plus for our daughter with special needs and my Mom who couldn’t do stairs. Thanks so much for a great get away!

High school getogether

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot, period!!!

Organized a bourbon trip for several family members and friends from all over the country. The house surpassed all our expectations. The Farm LLC was very accommodating and helped with all our needs. Our driver Carla was fantastic and knowledgeable. The house was beautiful, next time will try out the chef. We’ll be back!

18th family vacation a success

Started out a bit rocky due to an electric outage but was of no fault to the owner. Managers willing to make things right that we had issues with. All in all a wonderful family vacation with 25 people ranging from 8 to 70!!!

Good location

Stove was extremely dirty as was the outdoor grill. Sliding door to patio was impossible to lock. They took care of stove and grill, but could not get the sliding door to work properly. Great kitchen with lots of room. Master bedroom had only 1 window with curtains so 3 other windows and doorwall let sun after sunrise.

Great family gathering home

Family came together from several states for a reunion. Plenty of room, we made all our dinners so kids could eat first and we could snack and enjoy refreshments all day. Took bourbon tours and found horse back rides near by so everyone could find entertainment. Very enjoyable stay and already talking about a return visit!

Best Place to Experience Everything

Honestly, how do I sum up this place besides absolutely wonderful. Starting from the booking process all the way through check-out, the entire team at the Farm, LLC was wonderful. There was Jacob who I texted non-stop about setting up my whole trip and he was amazing and set up the tour experience at the distilleries for us, breakfast for us, and transportation to Louisville. Then there was Kayla who was our main point of contact once we got into the house and our driver to Louisville and she was just awesome for anything and everything we needed. We had Carla for the distillery day and Billy checked in on a small maintenance issue and both of them were great and made sure we were taken care of and nothing would interrupt our stay. Honestly if you are looking to host 10 or more people and you need a place to stay at where you don't want to have to worry about anything, this is the place. Stop looking, scrolling, or searching, and just book here.
