About this property

OCEAN VIEW FROM DECK. LESS THAN 1/2 BLK TO RIDES. BOOK FOR 2021

Large vacation home, located in a family-oriented and safe locale. Only steps away from an expansive free beach. Fireworks, funnel cake and amusements await you this summer. Sit on our deck and watch the sunset. We can accommodate in up to 8 guests and park up to 3 vehicles in our garage and driveway. We're 45 minutes away from Atlantic City.

Along with the beach chairs, we include two utillity carts to use. The carts have inflatable tires so the carts don't sink in the sand when you load them up with coolers, chairs, toys, blankets, etc to take to the beach. The carts move easily over the sand.

Families only. We don't rent for proms or high school events

We added memory foam toppers to all the beds. Additionally, we removed all the carpet and replaced those areas with a very nice laminate. We've replaced and purchased new furniture in the living room. We replaced the bed in the master bedroom with a king size bed. Additionally, we replaced the bunk beds with two new twin beds. We painted the whole condo and updated the bathrooms. Our condo is very clean. It's cleaned prior to the arrival of every new set of guests. There is a lockable utility room in the garage. We do everything possible to make your stay safe, pleasant and fun.

Just a final reminder that we don't provide sheets or towels. We provide pillows, blankets, mattress covers/protectors and zippered pillow protectors.

Amazing location!

This condo was perfect for our getaway. We were 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The condo was spacious. The only thing I would recommend is adding two lounge chairs to the big deck. The deck was perfect and large enough to layout. The breeze off the ocean was spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great getaway spot

Very clean modern beach house, off-street parking was fantastic. Perfect location walking distance for everything. The beach/ boardwalk are a 2 minute walk and plenty of great food right around the corner.

Labor Day weekend

Always love to stay here for Labor Day. Best way to end summer! Block from the boardwalk. So convenient that I can just hit the beach, shower, and then hit the rest of wildwood/cape may. Will be coming back for sure. It’s already my second time staying here.

Lovely Stay

The property was the perfect size for our family of four which included two kids. The house was very clean and seemed to have new furnishings. It was so nice to be in a home that is obviously very well taken care of! Sleeping was great, very comfortable mattress and pillows. There were extra blankets if needed. There were also extra rollaway beds in each closet for additional guests. I thought that was great. The kitchen was very clean and a good size for us to cook meals. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, hand towels, etc. There were no spices, oils, etc., so renters should bring their own food and spices like salt and pepper. The house is on a third floor walk-up which wasn't a big deal for us but something to keep in mind for older folk with mobility issues. There is a patio right outside the living room that had a big table with plenty of chairs for sitting outside. The house also has three parking spots! This was great because we had a friend visit us briefly and had a place to park. The house is only a block from the boardwalk! This was great because we didn't have to walk far for the boardwalk. This is a huge plus. The property manager contacted us before we arrived and met us at the house to show us around. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wildwood.

Excellent experience! Clean, perfect!

The experience was excellent!! We came down and stayed here for the weekend because we were competing in the Escape The Cape Triathlon. The host was even so nice to let us come back and use the shower after check out time after our race. So accommodating, great communication, clean property, and very easy process! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean The street was dirty and very noisy The neighbors across the street blasted music all day Saturday. We only stayed one night so I didn’t appreciate paying a weeks worth of the cleaning fee for such a short stay

Great location for attending the NJ Fire Expo. 3 of us representing Firehouse 247. Perfect location, property had everything we needed (except sheets on the beds - I probably should have read the fine print. No biggie - we grabbed some sheets from Walmart) Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place at a great location!

This was a wonderful rental very close to all the action of the boardwalk, but quiet and relaxing. The deck was a great place to watch the sunset and hang out. The bedrooms and entire space was clean, well decorated, and great. There is a full kitchen and having two bathrooms was a plus. Check in was great and communication throughout was streamlined and easy. We had an amazing time, full of love and joy!

Great Getaway!

Booked the only 5 days left of this very clean & beautifully decorated home away from home with my family & friends. Was impressed by all the attention to detail and organized check in process. The location is ideal for quick walks to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants & other activities. So mUch to do and wished we could've stayed longer! Ken and I both grew up in Bucks County, PA. We still live and work in Bucks County, Pa. We appreciate how hard everyone works for their money, so when we're lucky enough to have guests choose our condo to spend their vacation or a few days of time off, we do our very best to make the condo comfortable, attractive and safe.

Why they chose this property

As teenagers we spent many summers in Wildwood. When we had children, we took them every summer to Wildwood. Now we're grandparents and bring our grandchildren every summer to the same boardwalk and beach. They love it! What's not to love about Wildwood?? We chose Wildwood to purchase our condo because of the great memories we had growing up. There are other beach towns closer to where we live but we're so fond of Wildwood, that the drive is worth it.

What makes this property unique

We particularly like the location of our condo. It's very close to the boardwalk, amusements and beach. That was something that we took into consideration, since we knew we would be spending time with the grandkids. No beach tags, either. It's a free beach. It's close enough to the boardwalk yet you can't hear the rides and crowds. Additionally, there is plenty of parking. We have a large family so when we all get together, we never worry about having to pay for parking in remote lots. We sit on the deck and it's quiet and peaceful, especially in the morning before Wildwood wakes up.
