New for 2021, a collection of 9 smart and modern studio apartments near the Liberty Stadium, Swansea. Stay here as a solo guest, small group, or party of up to 24 and get parking. Ideal for contractors and work colleagues on business in South Wales. All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard, and there’s a communal laundry room. The location is convenient too, just 2 miles outside Swansea City Centre.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.
Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
