Welcome to ANTIBES ! I welcome you in my beautiful studio of 20 square meters located in a luxury residence, quiet, with park, tennis and swimming pool in Antibes.
It is ideally located near the Vauban port (6 min by car) and the Fort Carré (13 min by car).

The accommodation is charming, comfortable, fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay. It is composed of a sofa bed, a shower with toilet, a kitchenette and can accommodate up to two people.
To make your stay pleasant, you will have everything at your disposal namely: Private parking, Garage, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Mini-Oven, Microwave, Washing machine and Dryer, Wifi (the fiber), refrigerator and freezer, access to the bike room. You will have TWO SWIMMING POOLS and TENNIS COURTS to have fun, refresh yourself and do sports within the residence!
Discover this small seaside resort located between Cannes and Nice by passing through the old town of Antibes which is in the heart of the ramparts of the old fortified city, the Vauban port for a stroll along the quays and admire the beautiful boats. Not far from the port, you can visit the Fort Carré which rises 26 meters above sea level and offers a panoramic view of all of Antibes.
For nautical activities, you have the Marineland located in the north of the city, the beach of the Gravette, the beach of Salis, the beach of Ponteil and the creeks of the Cape of Antibes.
Restaurants and shops are nearby. A mini-market is located just 450 m from the accommodation.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

It is a city erected by the Greeks who knew how to keep its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the path of Tire Poil at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the inescapable agitation of the South, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
