In the heart of the Anjou vineyards, you'll enjoy a privileged location to enjoy a fine wine at one of the surrounding wineries (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, etc.), explore the villages along the banks of the Loire less than 10 minutes away (Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Île de Béhuard, etc.), or hike through the vineyards (GR3 hiking trail 1.5 km away, 9 km hike 1 km from the cottage).
The cottage is located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, 25 minutes from Angers, 1 hour 10 minutes from Nantes and its famous horse-riding machines, and 50 minutes from Saumur, the equestrian capital.
A large 87m² living room with bay windows and a wood-burning stove features two staircases leading to the four bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) is featured. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with a hairdryer) and a separate toilet (two 80x200cm modular beds). The beautiful southeast-facing terrace and its 2000m² private garden bordered by vineyards are also accessible. An outdoor sauna also offers quiet moments of well-being (€30 extra for stays up to 6 nights, then €50 for stays of 7 nights or more).
