Why they chose this property
Our first child was born in Baldwin when we lived in Queens. I immediately fell in love with Baldwin and surrounding areas then. We moved here a year later. It's going on 15 years now.
What makes this property unique
This property is centrally located. It is within walking distance to almost everything you can think of. Great transportation options too. The bus and trains are within walking distance. You can hop on the train or bus (cheaper) to go to the mall, beaches and more. It is also private with a kitchenette. No stove due to building code, but you can do a lot in the kitchenette. Plus you have full privacy.
