CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

We enjoyed our stay! Probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at! Very convenient location for food and shopping! The walk down to the beach is a breeze! We are already looking at booking here again! We had 8 adults and 5 babies under 2 and we were all super comfortable!

Lovely beachfront condo

This condo was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental experiences we have ever had. We loved the big balcony overlooking the pool and drank our coffee there every morning. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo on beach

Very nice 3 bedroom condo right on the beach. Nice that it is on third floor so you can take steps easily and don’t have to wait on elevator. Nice that there is indoor pool and hot tub.

Great Getaway!

Very nice property; clean and nice upgrades to kitchen, bathrooms and linens. Love the view from this unit more so than higher floors. Owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had very quickly.

This is the cleanest, neatest condo complex I think I have ever stayed in. The condo was also very nice. Nice furniture, clean, updated, and had a huge balcony with nice comfortable furniture. Very quiet also, has great security. Very nice beach attendants and clean beaches.

Property is just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beds are not very comfortable and one of the bathrooms is very small. Pool was nice and clean and the beach is just a short walk. Our only complaint was having to pay $68 for an extra parking pass. That’s just a little ridiculous.

Great property to rent! Very clean and up to date. Balcony was wonderful! Close to grocery stores and other shopping. Steps to the beach. View of the Gulf from the 3rd floor balcony was gorgeous! Highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Mike and Rice's property. Our family of five fit comfortably in the spacious condo. The view was stunning and we spent time lounging on the large, shaded patio from morning coffee to evening sunsets. It was effortless to relax in the condo that was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our family enjoys cooking and we were able to easily prepare all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The third floor location made it easy to use the stairs for trips to the pool and beach. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful condo!

I loved this condo. I was beautiful. Nice kitchen and living area. Very comfortable. The balcony is AWESOME, very big, spacious and shaded!!!! The perfect way to still enjoy the view while cooling off after a hot day on the beach. The building and grounds are well maintained and have great security. I love to stay at a place where you know the security is good and that you can rest well at night.
