All the comforts of home

Great space, very comfy, all the amenities needed in a beautiful home. Extra special touches, like the heated toilet seat, made our stay even better. The hot tub had a few heating issues, but owners were quick to try and get it resolved, and on the last few days, we were able to use it

Cave Creek stay

Overly clean and plenty of room. We had come to town for a family reunion and to bury the ashes of a 70+ year Cave Creek resident and found the house well above our expectations.

Summer Adventures

The home was perfect for a summer getaway. The pool and patio area provided the best entertainment. Loved the slide on the pool. The house was well stocked and the owners were immediately available for anything that we needed. Thank you so much!!! Would love to stay again sometime.

Tatum Ranch Getaway

Property is just as listed very nice & clean in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants very close. Safeway just a block away is so convenient. Backyard is so nice with Beautiful pool & spa.

Everything we were looking for!

This was a perfect spot for us and exactly as advertised. The hosts have thoughtfully made sure the home really feels like home with small touches throughout. The house itself is beautiful; adding the outdoor space with pool and hot tub, grill, shade or sun… made this an idyllic experience for us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

The home was more then we expected! It was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for our family. The master suite was a real treat for us :) and the living room and kitchen were very spacious and inviting. Our kids loved the pool; it was very clean and in great condition. The neighborhood is safe, clean and right next to Safeway and Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this home to someone wanting to stay near the Cave Creek area. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Nutcracker Stay

My mother & I arrived at the property to the welcoming sunshine and extremely clean home. My children arrived later from LA and were impressed with the upkeep and convenient location of the property. The hints of Christmas were throughout the home and added just that extra-special touch of a great host. We enjoyed our stay and thought the beds were extremely comfortable. Some wonderful memories were made with our stay at Tatum Ranch.

Thanksgiving holiday with my AZ grad student and my AZ undergrad

Has a quiet family holiday at Cave Creek house- everything was just perfect for our family. It was immaculate and check in easy- quiet neighborhood and great backyard for sitting and catching up with my girls. Spent lots of time hiking in Sedona and Prescott with friends from the Midwest. I’d highly recommend this property

A WONDERFUL HOME

Shelly was so fantastic to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. Such a lovely home that was spacious, very clean, and exceeded all our needs. The pool was lovely. The blackstone was great and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again! A wonderful neighborhood and loction in Cave Creek! Highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Very nice and super location for what we wanted. Loved the quietness and away from the crowds area but yet not far from the things we wanted to do. Home was very comfortable. Had a couple issues will pool and one tv but property manager did her best to try to fix/accommodate and was always reachable. Would definitely stay again at this place.

Great experience

Stayed with my two sons. They enjoyed the pool and the places to eat in the area were amazing. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and taken care of. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

House was made with LOVE

You can tell just by the way everything was set up that Shelly and Scott love this home. They were attentive and the home is just as you see it in the pictures, absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to take some time off in the Phoenix area! 10/10

Definite A+ home

When we arrived it was like arriving at home. This home was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay! The pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed volleyball everyday day. The ceiling fan and misters on the patio were defiantly a plus on those hot Arizona days! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. If you are looking for a place like home I would definitely stay here. The owners are very responsive and helpful. My husband and I would defiantly stay here again!

35th Anniversary Trip

The property exceeded our expectations! The home was extremely clean. We enjoyed spending our days in the pristine pool and hot tub and the evenings relaxing on the patio while barbecuing. The owners were prompt in returning our texts and extremely helpful. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We highly recommend the property for a couples retreat or a family getaway. You won't be disappointed. My husband and I will definitely stay again!

Iowans Arizona Retreat

Home was very clean and in like new condition. Back yard with pool were beautiful and relaxing. Pool was very clean and water temperature was perfect. Both the Blackstone Flat Top and the Charbroil grill are like new and very clean. Only two very minor things were the hot tub spa wasn't heating and the waterfall fountain next to the pool wasn't operating. I know the owner is working on the spa heating issue. Close proximity to grocery, gas and Walgreens. We would stay there again! Owner very nice and accessible.
