This newly renovated beach house is bright, spacious, & only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This 4BR/3BA home offers 2 master-size bedrooms, 1 leading to an upstairs sundeck & the other to a large back yard with a pool. Also a Tiki Hut with a Bar containing fridges and a TV, BBQ, pool loungers, & bikes to help keep the fun going from the beach house to the ocean shore. Within minutes of Naples' best shopping, dining, entertainment, & unforgettable sunsets, providing you the ultimate beach house experience in beautiful Naples, Florida. A pool heater for an added fee is available upon request. There are security cameras located around the perimeter of the home that only cover the outside, including the pool area.

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool area was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great stay for a large family

This home was clean to a immaculate standard. It was stocked with lots of fun games, pool toys, sand toys and everything you need to go to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor grill area and lots of lovely places to sit and relax.

Bachelorette

10 girls stayed for a bachelorette this last weekend. The pictures could not have been more accurate on this place. We had everything we could ever need, it made leaving the house to go out and do stuff, hard!! Plenty of beds/space for sleeping and more than enough bathrooms. Pool was incredibly clean. The tiki bar area in the back was probably our favorite feature. Antonio was extremely easy to get ahold of and very helpful. 10/10 stay and we would love to come back!!

Paradise

This property was perfect for our getaway. Kitchen well appointed, comfortable furniture, so many different seating areas outside and a great backyard that you never want to leave. All beds were comfortable and no fights over which bedroom to sleep in because they were all excellent. Thank you for the bikes, towels, cleaning items, and spices. All items lasted our entire stay. We did contact the owner with a few questions and he responded in minutes. We are four picky ladies about cleanliness. This place was immaculate. The house is even better in person than pictures. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for taking such good care of your property and sharing it with others. We will be back.

Fun!

What a great place to stay! We had two families, eight people total and it was perfect. Christine and the Green Machine took us to the beach daily. Pool was fun. Pay to have it heated! We will be back.

Wedding Weekend

Property was perfect for our family get away. Highlight was the back yard. It had everything we need to enjoy or stay right there. Antonio was the best host that I have experienced out of all the house rentals I have used. He sets the bar high for his guests and it shows. If your in this area and looking for a rental his place won’t disappoint

Very pleased with the other property. The pictures are accurate, the backyard is awesome!!! The overall layout of the house is very good. My only negative is that the beds were hard and the kitchen could have been better stocked with items for a large group (more forks, knives, larger pots etc). Overall a great place !!!

wedding week

we had a family wedding near by and thought the house would be a good place for us to gather. we weren't wrong so many outdoor spaces to hang/work/be was perfect for us having bikes to use was a bonus!!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! The backyard is awesome and the perfect hangout spot! 9 girls stayed here and we had plenty of room. Antonio was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay in Naples Park!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place! It was well decorated, clean, and comfortable! Our family loved gathering at the pool and Tiki bar as well as grilling. Plenty of seating in or out of the Sun. The location was perfect too! It was close to the Beach (easy mile walk) or use the golf cart Taxi in the neighborhood to the Beach, Mercato or Downtown Naples! Antonio was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were traveling with a 11/2-year-old and requested a "Pack n Play" and he made sure one was available. He is a fantastic host, and I would definitely recommend staying at his property! We will be back!

Naples get away with grown kids.

Wonderful time had by all. The home was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The pool area was such a nice added bonus. Lots of relaxing hours spent poolside. Antonio was so quick to respond to our requests and questions. We appreciated all the extras, like the bikes, beach towels, chairs, games, etc. The proximity to the beach was great; a nice walk or bike ride to view sunsets was a perfect way to end our relaxing days. We look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

This house was great for our family of 10 and had everything as listed. We all enjoyed the pool and the back yard was perfect. Location was great. Close to beaches.
