With no chores to do, you are encouraged to relax on the patio sectional, taking in the views of Wood Lake & the turquoise waters of Kalamalka in the distance.

Situated above Wood Lake, this private suite has its own entrance and parking. The living area is bright with views of Wood Lake from the kitchen window. When on holiday in this piece of paradise, most guests enjoy spending the majority of their time outdoors so we have carefully selected a large and inviting sectional for you to sit back and relax on. Enjoy cooking? There is a full kitchen and bbq to chef up your desired meals. After a long day of excitement, you can unwind in the living room or retreat to your separate bedrooms. All rooms have Smart TV's with access to Netflix and of course WIFI.

Our stay was great! The property was just as the pictures show. Super cute and cozy. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond! Would recommend for sure. The only negative thing I can say is the king bed it short. My Bf is 6’1 and his feet hung off the end. Besides that everything was on point! :)

Golf Getaway
Great place for a golf getaway and enjoy the lakes afterwards. This two bedroom suite was perfect for us. The place was spotless, neat, and tidy. Very well equipped and the washer and dryer came in handy. The owners were very nice and responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Great location and very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were attentive to our needs especially making arrangements to safely store and charge our ebikes.

Amazing Location & Space
You could not find a better location in Oyama to be able to explore Lake Country, Vernon and Kelowna. 2 minute drive or bike to the beautiful beaches! Basement suite was perfectly set up, clean and well stocked. Nicole was amazing at ensuring we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with great recommendations for food and beverage locations, as well as beaches! Will 100% stay again!

Great getaway with family!
We had a great stay here, and highly recommend! It has a/c which was needed in the heat wave, and the property is very close to beaches, food, etc. We will be back in the future! Our kids had a blast and slept great. Thank you very much.

Nice place for a getaway
We had a really nice time here. The property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and has stunning views of the lake and local surroundings. Our host was very easy to work with and available in case anything was needed. We really appreciated that the kitchen and living space was stocked with some little things to make it feel like we were still at home. Definitely recommended!

We stayed here for two nights to attend a friends wedding in Carrs Landing. Our stay was great! The basement suite was new and was very well done. Comfortable and cozy and had the best shower! Water pressure was incredible. Thanks for the stay.

Fabulous Rental
One of the most well stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. It was spotlessly clean and a perfect layout. Beds were very comfortable and nice to have the in-suite full-sized laundry. The location is perfect - under 20 mins to Vernon but so peaceful. Under 2 km to the rail trail for biking or walking and the beach. Nicole’s online communication was almost instant and she made sure we had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend and also stay again!

A Wood Lake Treat
The suite was wonderful, it was spacious, comfortable, modern, bright and exceptionally clean. There is a comfortable patio sectional which you can relax (maybe with a glass of wine) and enjoy the view. Nicole has added a few staples to use which is such a bonus. The location for us was absolutely perfect, I would not hesitate to book again.

Fabulous Lake Country Vacation Spot
Fabulous place nestled up on view point with a view of Wood Lake. Great, brand new walkout two bedroom basement suite with great amenities very clean. Kitchen was really well equipped with all the the things you need to cook for yourself. Great supply of condiments also provided. Host was supper attentive but also gave us our privacy. Driveway was a a little steep, had lose gravel and was a bit dusty, could be improved. Overall a fantastic place!!

Property was excellent location for us to bike the Okanagan Rail Trail. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils you could possibly need. Host, Nicole does an excellent job !

Beautiful place
The place was very clean and comfortable. Great design. The bed was luxurious. The shower had excellent water pressure. The host Nicole is lovely! Great little beach and restaurant (Pane Vino) nearby. My only small criticism is the Internet doesn’t reach into the bedrooms, but I probably spend too much time on my phone anyway, right? I definitely recommend.

3 days in beautiful Lake Country. Fantastic hosts and brand new place.
Nicole was wonderful and accommodating. Her communication with us was like none before. Is she a millennial with great texting and previous generation hospitality traits? I don’t know, but this home was a perfect one for a relaxing getaway with my wife and two friends. Highlight was a bbq outside and wine by the patio overlooking the lake. We will return.

Great stay for our foursome. Host friendly and helpful. Modern kitchen and appliances were a treat. Perfect location for access to Okanagan Rail Trail and bike rentals.
