Lovely cabin, with everything we needed. Lots of outdoor activities in the area during the day and we ended the nights at the fire pit!! We will be back!!
The tiny barn was a comfortable, private vacation rental suitable for an enjoyable weekend. The location is a little out of the way from the park but convenient to town. Perfect setup for just two people.
A pleasant, comfortable , all things that are needed, and cute Tiny Barn
Great location for Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.
Also close to the Great Smokies. A great pic. You won’t be disappointed. Great place for two People, possibly 3 or 4.
THANKS
The tiny home cabin was really nice and clean. It actually had quite a bit of space to relax and be able to put your bags away. The decorations were cute me and my wife liked them a lot. The a/c worked really well, it stayed cold in there the whole trip we stayed! If we get the chance we’d probably would stay again.
We loved our stay. It was our 4th anniversary. It was so peaceful. The only issue we had was the bed was a little uncomfortable but we dealt with it. It was very clean. We are definitely coming back and will be staying longer lol.
We loved our stay in the tiny barn! It’s quiet and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! We loved sitting on the porch after long days of exploring the cities! Our ONLY complaint is that the back bedroom stays pretty warm even when the main living temp is set very low, a little more than our liking for sleeping but everything else was wonderful :)
Cabin is awesome!! I would have really enjoyed it more , had there actually been internet like advertised,or if I could had at least had phone service, but excluding the internet, the cabin was great, area was quiet, great for a couples getaway
I didn’t receive my final email with the code and had to call the emergency number 3 times before receiving a call back with the correct code. We lived our stay and would return again and recommend to others.
I stayed at The Tiny Barn for a weekend getway and solitude. This was perfect for just me, or even if i were to come back with my husband! It was a bit cold, but there are plenty of blankets provided, and i backed plenty of sweaters, so i was able to stay comfortable!
The only item i would amend, seeing as how i was alone, the windows with sheer/see through curtains made me a little cautious at night. I know im in the middle of nowhere, but still 😅
Quiet and peaceful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing to add would be brighter light in the bathroom, it’s a little dark to shower. Didn’t really use any outside items due to time and weather. Internet is obviously slow due to mountains. The listing did say hot tube but it is located over at the larger barn. Easy check in process and have had any questions answered quickly.

Duh, Duh!!
We were on our honeymoon, it sure wasn't suitable for that!! Wasn't romantic at all!
The property was very cute but I did have a few small issues. The pull out couch was not a pull out couch and was not as pictured. My toddler barely fit on the couch to sleep. The microwave didn’t work and if you touched it, it would almost fall off of the hole cut for it. There were no trash bags. Overall it was a nice place just a few small inconviences.

Terrible
Arrived to a temperature in excess of 95 degrees. Air conditioner in the house was not on and the temperature outside was in the mid 90s. By 10 PM it was down to 82° in the house and the emergency number provided didn’t work.. The wireless Internet in the home also did not work. Was finally able to reach someone the next morning and they said they would get a maintenance person out to check everything out and be in touch with me, but never did. A couple days later, I reached out to them again, requesting a refund for at least one night of the stay. I was told that they couldn’t leave the air conditioner on because of fire hazard. If that is the case then they have no business renting this home in the summer when it’s hot outside.
First of all this tiny cabin was simply amazing and made me feel very cozy. The location of this property wasn't completely off the beaten path but far enough away for a quiet night. But just know that this tiny house is just off the main road and not hidden and is only a few steps from the barn. Not a huge issue for us but nice to know if you want to be completely secluded. Only about a 20-25 minute drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
Tiny house had everything you could minimally need.
I would give 5 stars but just be aware that it is listed that there is a pool/hot tub but there is not one that comes with this tiny home. If theres neighbors in the barn I'm sure you could make friends with them and discuss sharing the hot tub. Again not a huge issue for us but was kind of a disappointment.
Amenities were great. We took advantage of a few of the complimentary activities and they were super easy to use.
Would stay again if I had the chance

Cute with no comfort
Thought the tiny barn was cute it was not comfortable. The air conditioner had a flashing red message saying it needed a filter change (this made us sneeze and cough after the first night), the hot water ran out after 5 minutes, the bed is more like a twin XL, and I tired to microwave oatmeal in the bowls provided in the cabinets and the microwave filled with sparks. In addition, the listing mentions a hot tub and after booking I received a message from Bear Camp Cabins instructing me to bring beach towels if I planned on using the hot tub…upon arrival I noticed the hot tub was outside a different unit and messaged the owner to ask about using it, she answered no, it wasn’t part of our listing…so not sure why it was mentioned twice.
To start with the good. I loved the area. It was very quiet away from everything. I went to many attractions and me and my mother had a blast. Id recommend pigeon forge and gatlinburg to anyone. Now the bad. The overall cleaning of the unit was awful. As soon as i walked in there were these big round tan things in middle of floor which i believe were furniture pads. There was balled up used papertowels on the kitchen counter. There were grass and debris on the floor. The place has not been dusted in a while or not very well. The toaster had crumbs all in it. The hot water ran for maybe 5 minutes before getting cold. The rug under a.c was dripping wet wjere we had to put outside to dry and a towel where it was from a.c dripping inside the house. When we got in the a.c wasnt turned on at all so it was 86 inside. The i side of a.c is extrememly molded. I attempted to contact the host through email and also through the office with no reply until 3 days later at which point i already cleaned the place. There are no extra big trash bags even tho we were there 5 days so bring tour own supplies. The bed is awful. Ive never slept on a bed so hard in my life and i couldnt sleep most of the time. In the map on the ad it shows a sleeper sofa which my mom was gonna sleep on its not a sleeper sofa in fa t not the same couch as pictured its now a love seat. Place could be very cute tho with some attention also there is a camara outside which is not advertised as well.
